Preferred Orthotic & Prosthetic Service

I first came to this place when I shattered my heel and ankle and would have to wear a brace for the rest of my life. They were patient with me and fitted it so it would be as comfortable as possible. 10 years later I finally had to get a new one.
I just went in to purchase special shoes and they were very helpful but unfortunately they don’t have any samples so I had to choose from photos. Apparently they are in the process of changing shoe companies — perhaps they should have ordered the samples before they changed — just my opinion. Not the best method but I will not count off since I was there at a bad time — in between the change.
All the times I have visited I have had excellent service from everyone from the front desk person (who has been there forever) to the professionals who work with you.
If you are unfortunate and need these type of services — they are the place to go — I have tried others and never had the top service they provide.
