They seem like a legitimate business. I had to get screened through them to rent an apartment. The website is in dire need of an update, including the price list. I had to pay 50 bucks for a screening fee, which is pretty steep for a fee of that sort. The website has all the fees listed as cheaper than what they actually bill, which is misleading. They do credit research, tenancy histories, background checks, etc.
