Veronica is truly the best if you’re seeking for someone to walk with you with your skincare. I couldn’t be more satisfied with my results after months of going in for facials. It’s not a quick process, but it’s a processed that pays off in the end. Well worth the money. Can’t tell you how incredible she is at what she does!

My hair is now 2 – 3 inches shorter than asked for. He didn’t know how to style my hair (it’s curly with product straight with styling). When my husband went to complain because I was so upset at how much shorter this was than I wanted they only returned my spa finder card and would not return my $ 25. Please do not go here.

The best salon I have ever been to. James does my hair so perfect I have never gotten more compliments than I do now. Veronika is amazing with waxing as well as facials. I highly recommend

This salon is a diamond in the rough! I have driven by this building several times while living in Federal Way, and based on the recommendation of a friend finally checked it out. Appearance-​wise this salon is very professional and clean looking, with lot’s of high end finishes. James did my cut and color and it turned out gorgeous! I always struggle to find someone that does blonde really well and James nailed it! I have had nothing but compliments on it since I left the salon. James was also super easy to chat with and made my overall experience very pleasant! This place is definitely worth checking out.

I feel obligated to write this review after my terrible experience at this salon.
My appointment was with the owner, James Marino. The owner and the salon failed to meet ALL of my expectations.
— Receptionist not welcoming, annoyed when I called for directions, as salon is located in a hard to find area.
— Exterior — old and located in one of worst areas of Federal Way. Interior — outdated décor, old, dirty.
— The owner James was very intimidating. He spent the majority of the time praising himself, his ability to give the best haircuts, his ability to open businesses, talking about religion and his Atheist views.
— James promised natural sun-​kissed highlights, «like being in Hawaii for three weeks»; the end result was platinum blonde, streaky highlights. James used the old fashioned cap method, which he claimed he invented. This process damaged my hair.
— The cut was too short. I explained about my need to pull all my hair back. I left the salon, unable to do that.
I left the salon with awful hair– it was greasy from the «natural» shampoo used, not blown out or styled, streaky blonde, damaged and too short. The price I paid for this was greater than $ 140!
— When I expressed my huge disappointment with the service, that I lacked trust in his ability to re-​do my hair, James did not offer any other options. When asked to provide a discount, he looked at me in a very intimidating way and rudely stated «No, I WILL get paid for my work».
I largely regret my decision to come and receive hair services at this salon. I typically go to higher-​end, downtown Seattle and Bellevue salons, but decided to come here so that I could use my company discount card, accepted by this salon. Unfortunately, James REFUSED to accept this card.
Fortunately, I had my hair re-​done at a customer-​service driven salon. After explaining the situation to the stylist, she confirmed that my hair did not have the natural look I was seeking and even went out of her way to write a letter to my credit card company, giving her professional opinion. I received all of my money back after going to the dispute process at my bank!

Wow. My facial results where AMAZING. I went here for a classic facial, Veronika was amazing and so knowledgable about skincare and facials. She ended up personalizing my facial for my skin type and skin problem. During the facial she asked me questions about my skin care regimen and helped me identify areas in which I can improve. I loved that!
After my facial she recommended a facial cream that is going to help me even out my skin and clean my pores. I have been using it for a month now and the results are truly amazing. I have way less acne showing up and my skin is looking more even every day, no more dry spots! Although the product is a little pricy, I decided to buy it when I realized that this girl knows what she is talking about, her skin looked perfect, no a blemish in site! I can’t wait to go back for another facial, I think I have finally found a place i can trust with my skin :) picture is attached of the cream I got from here!
Con: overpriced product. I found the same cream that she sold to me for $ 100, at other places and online from $ 40-​$ 70. Wish I held off on buying it right there and then!

Very nice and professional people.

Everyone was very welcoming. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Holly at the front. Very clean and professional atmosphere. James did a great job incorporating his styling skills with what I wanted. He was very kind and even offered me something to drink while waiting. I felt very comfortable him coloring and styling my hair. The outcome was even better than I thought. I was very satisfied all around. He even gave me tips on how to maintain the color as long as possible. It is definitely worth the price.
