I brought in an older full/queen quilt and and when I went back to pick it up — they tried to tell me it was a King Size quilt and charged me over $ 30. I had driven by the business several times before trying them, and never saw more than one car parked in their lot(which is huge). I get off work at 7:40 am, so I am driving by during a typical work day morning. But, what annoyed me more than anything, is the«scam» tactic of saying the quilt was bigger than it is. The quilt only cost me $ 35. on brand new(it was an alternative to down) and it wasn’t badly stained… my poor dog, who is almost 14 yr old, just had a little accident, and you couldn’t even see or smell it. It has also been around the block — my friend had it in Portland for over a year, thinking it was hers)…

Reasonable dry cleaners. Rates are ok, the people are friendly. Use them as My backup dry cleaners when I’m going southbound

Great customer service but had a huge issue. I took 2 suits in to have the slacks altered one pair came back fine while the 2nd pair of pants were mistakenly given to another customer. After 2 months of waiting to see if someone would return them I demanded that I be given the money for the lost slacks which I was promptly given. They are very nice people but need to keep better records concerning which items belong to who.

I have taken my shirts and suits there for several years. Always friendly, and I’ve had no problems with the quality nor any damage to my expensive clothes. Highly recommend.
