Emerald Nail

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Worst manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting gel (shellac) nails for quite some time and I’ve never had them chip and peel off from the first day! The manicure was uneven, the French tips were crooked and then they just chipped off. I called and asked if they would repair their work and they said to come in. I said I would come in that afternoon but the girl who did the gel had just left for the day. The lady who did my manicure was there but she refused to re-​do the gel. She said the other girl who did the gel had to do the work. I am not going back. This is bad business practice if they are in the same shop, they should all be able to do the work to satisfy the customer!!! Terrible place! Oh, and they also have a TV that THEY watch in Vietnamese so it’s nothing I can understand. Just annoying!

Went in today to get my gel polish removed and replaced with a full set. I walk in and there were 4 women getting pedicures and one women getting her nails done. I saw only 3 nail techs. I was asked what I wanted and I told one of the nail techs I also asked how long for the wait. She turned to her coworker and started talking. 30 seconds went by before she responded to me saying we have to soak your nails. Duh! This isn’t my first rodeo. I know what needs to be done. So I asked her again about the wait and she ignored me. At this point my boyfriend asked how long are we going to wait before someone can start on her nails. The nail tech again turned to her friend and did not answer us. I walked out right away.
Absolute worst customer service I have ever had from a nail salon.

Been going here for over 5 years and still love it. Lena & Lona are amazing. Best pedicures ever. They are really good at waxing eyebrows to! 4 stars :))
