Somewhat decent selection of coins, I have been here plenty of times long time ago when I lived in Federal Way, and nothing seems to have changed here– you still have to ring a bell to get in, the prices are so so, didnt find anything this time– they also have a nice selection of jewelry if thats what your looking. I doubt I will be back much though, prefer coin shows or that place in Tacoma.

I’m not a collector but I wanted to start investing and decided on gold coins. I chose this place based on some of the reviews. But my experience, unfortunately, was not that great. When I asked to see the coin, she brought it out but refused to allow me to take a look at it. She stood about 6 inches from the counter which was about 30 inches in depth already and held the coin out. She was handling it with her bare hands, so it wasn’t the coin she was concerned about. I thought to myself, does she really expect me to purchase anything from her that I’m not allowed to look at, especially since I’m handing over several hundred dollars? So, I left that day and called the next day to check the prices due to the fact that the price of gold fluctuates daily. I spoke with a guy who sounded as if I was keeping him from something and then put the woman on the line. She then proceeded to quote me a price markup of over 15% even though gold had gone down slightly. Needless to say, I drove to Tacoma and made my purchase.

This place is great if you’re looking for higher-end jewelry and coins. I often come here to buy bullion because they have great rates and low premiums. The people there are fairly friendly, nothing too crazy, but fair and make you feel comfortable. Drawbacks– they only accept cash for small transactions under $ 100 and the door has a buzzer on it so you can’t just walk right in, you have to buzz the door and they will let you in. They also all carry handguns in plain sight, but I guess in their business it’s easier than calling the police. If you’re comfortable with the extra security measures and being around guns, this is a great place to go if you’re looking for jewelry. They have given it a rather dull, kitschy name, but I think you’ll find they are above average in service and fairness.
