I needed my carpet restreched and wrote Carpet Care Northwest. They gave me a quote and I was able to schedule them for a time later that same week. They were incredibly nice and knowledgeable. Also, my carpet now looks fabulous. I would highly recommend them. They even called me for a follow up courtesy call two weeks later, which I really appreciate. You can tell they care about their customers.

Awesome job in cleaning my Persian rug. Normally I would get it back from the cleaners and it would still smell. Not with these guys! Very satisfied! I have three Great Pyrenees in the house so you can imagine. This rug comes back like its new.
