The corned beef hash was one of the best I’ve had and the biscuits… now I know why it’s called«Biscuits»! So good… We’ll be back!

If you don’t want to deal with the highly packed family chain restaurants like Shari’s or Black Bear, then this is the place to go. The Pros… *Friendly Service *Bigger than it looks *Big Portions *A Club Sandwich that is one of the best that I’ve ever had, from anywhere *Even though it’s 8am, I can order lunch and it tastes pretty damn good. *Fries are on POINT! *The Blueberry Pancakes are freakin delicious The Cons… *They aren’t open for dinner. Sigh. *Their ranch sucks. Tastes like Kraft right out of the bottle. *Can get packed if you don’t go at the right time. Definitely a winner. Wish they were open later, though!

Thought we would try something new for breakfast. Saw Biscuits Café, and decided to check it out. Evidently a popular place, very busy. Great food and amazing service!

We went to Biscuits Café to have breakfast for lunch on Sunday. There were five of us and we waited for about 5 – 10 minutes for a table, which was just enough time for all of us to wash up before eating. The coffee and juice arrived pretty quickly. The meals followed soon after. My husband ordered brisket eggs Benedict, I ordered avocado eggs Benedict, I liked mine better, however both were excellent and good value. One of my sons ordered blueberry pancakes and the other biscuits and gravy. They both cleaned up their plates. I had a taste of the blueberry pancake and it was delicious– overflowing with juicy blueberries. My other son really enjoyed his biscuits and gravy, although he loves breakfast food and would eat almost anything. My mom had breakfast tacos with sausage, I m not sure what they tasted like, maybe I’ll try them next time, although I don’t want to switch from eggs Benedict which are my favorite breakfast food. I would definitely go back and probably order the same thing. Also, the chocolate chip cookie at the checkout was also great for the afternoon snack/dessert– very big and chewie.

I have been been to Biscuit Café multiple times and had wonderful customer service and the food was great! I recently went Saturday and it was jammed pack. This is to be expected because the food is delicious. Once entering the restaurant I put my name on the wait list and waited a good 15 min before there was a table available. Again … No problem because I was still waiting for the rest of my party. Once my name was called to be seated I was immediately asked where was the rest of my party? I explained they would be here soon. Then, I was told since they were not all there I would have to be skipped to be seated until they arrived. Then, host started to over explain how people say their party will arrive soon and it turns into being over an hour later and the waitress get mad. Once he let me speak, I asked him would it still be a problem if I ordered for my party? Then he said«no». I was finally seated after offering a solution to their problem!

Great place to grab a quick bite for breakfast if you want a nice step up from the Denny and IHop chains. Good food for decent prices.

Had been waiting to come here after a friend recommended it to me but they’re ALWAYS busy. Came here on a Tuesday morning around 9:30 because I figured it wouldn’t be too packed. I was right! The waiter greeted me with a smile and let me choose my table. I browsed the menu and ended up getting the corned beef hash with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs and biscuits. And a strawberry lemonade. The portion was very decent. The biscuits were light and fluffy, served with butter and strawberry preserves. The corned beef was flavored well, but some pieces were a little dry. I threw on some Tabasco and that solved that :) My waiter and the other waitress had great customer service, they both checked on me twice during my meal. They deserve credit for that. I couldn’t finish my food so got a box to go. Here’s where things get a little strange. I get home and naturally I’m hungry again lol. Pull out my box and start grubbing my leftovers. I get a piece of egg on my fork, about to take a big bite and… it’s f*&%ing green. AHHHH!!! I ate my biscuit and corned beef tho. Lol I don’t scare easily. I was trying to think of what could’ve made my egg turn greenish grey like that? It wasn’t the hot sauce because the rest of my eggs were fine. Either way I was still happy with my service and I would go back. I didn’t get sick, the people that worked there were very good and the food tasted good. I would choose biscuits over dennys ANY day lol green egg or not.

Came here on a Sunday after church around 10:30ish and it was packed. Decided to order my food to go – a sweet potato pancake, eggs, and bacon. Even though my order was to go, the staff was nice, food took about 20 minutes(can’t complain – would rather it be made to order) and the food was solid.

Fed is lacking in breakfast restaurants so I was glad to see this place open. Unfortunately, it is another chain which comes with bagged potatoes and other pre-made stuff. Service was fine but I prefer local owners who can design their own menu and present their own style of food. But, I had a perfectly fine Omelet and didn’t have any complaints.

When they started they were awesome. I LOVED this place and was a regular, then something changed. The last few times I’ve gone it was filthy. I had to ask for new silverware because it had food on it, and 2 different cups. One had someone else’s lipstick on it when I got it, the other had food floating in the drink. The table was sticky with visible food chunks. It was not busy so i couldn’t really fathom why the mess. One of the wait staff was coughing all over the place without bothering to cover at all. WHATHAPPENHERE? I tried a Benedict and it was horrible. The hollandaise sauce was chicken gravy, canned chicken gravy, my egg was actually raw with extremely runny whites and I’m not sure how the cook got it in one piece onto the plate; after biting into a soggy muffin… never mind… The spinach was slimy, and they cooked a tomato and put it on a soggy not toasted English muffin. Disappointing and disgusting was not even close to explaining this plate. I actually threw up after trying it it was so bad and couldn’t eat after. I went ahead and thought I’d brave it again about 3 months later and there was no change in the cleanliness of the place or the quality of the food. I hope they can get their act together but I will most likely never know because there is no way I’m going back after that.

Whoa, this place is the real deal. A real old school diner in a strip mall instead of a train car. Super friendly people. The home made corned beef hash was incredible but the star of the show was the warm biscuits and homemade strawberry jam. Will definitely be back(probably tomorrow).

Food was great and so was the service. Bacon was cooked perfect and the damn cinnamon roll French toast was incredible. The sausage links were nice and plump. The red potatoes had great flavor. I’ll surely be back!!!

I had their special the pumpkin pancake combo. It was great the pancakes had a good pumpkin flavor perfect for a fall rainy day in washington. My husband had oatmeal which was also delicious. The fruit cup lacked variety. The wait time was not long and it was worth it. The look inside is nice but kind of misses the quaint homey atmosphere of a diner or café. I guess I was expecting a more country look. However I would recommend this breakfast place and will visit again.

Came here for the first time for brunch on a Sunday afternoon with my husband. We are new to town and love to do our weekend breakfasts. We have already been to Black Bear, so we were dying to try something else(other than IHOP/Denny’s). There was a bit of a wait, which is to be expected, but it didn’t bother us because it wasn’t more than 10 – 15 minutes. The service was STELLAR – everyone was so friendly, we were greeted several times at our table and asked how everything was by people that weren’t even our server. He asked too, by the way. We both ordered the chicken fried steak combo with hashbrowns and eggs. he got pancakes and I got biscuits. The food was delicious! There’s not much more I can say other than that. You get a lot for the price too. Good Food + Amazing service? We WILL be back! Thanks, Biscuits!

I came in wanting to love this place… I’m all for local, smaller businesses, something other than IHOP in Federal Way. We came here on a Saturday morning. Everyone in my family, for some odd reason, ordered the Joe’s Scramble. Eggs, spinach, tomatoes, bacon, potatoes. However, we asked for the potatoes on the side, thankfully. Otherwise, that would have been way too many carbs because you get bread or waffles on the side. Their wheat bread is delicious! They use the Daves Killer bread, I think. Very nutty and grainy. Just how I like my bread. Staff is extremely friendly and attentive. I also appreciate their rewards club, which if you sign up for, I think gives you $ 5 off. A tad bit overpriced if you ask me, but the food is hearty, delicious breakfast food.

this meat lovers scramble almost had potential. however the eggs were burnt and the red potatoes were undercooked. at over $ 14 including a drink plus $ 3 tip for this sorry excuse for breakfast. therefore this is my second time visiting this establishment and not being satisfied at the quality I will not be a coming back.

I meant to write this view when I visited this place about 3 weeks after they opened. 1) Easy to find if you GPS your way there. but if you come from Edgewood/Milton.you have to make a U turn at the light of HWY18 or somehow go over to HWY99 just before Lowe’s and come up and around that way. 2) YESTHEYHAVEBUTTER. just ask unless they’ve taken the fake stuff away and they also do have REAL maple syrup. Ask 3) My server was a friendly person. She made sure I was taken care of. 4) Ordered fairly quickly, received order back in a reasonable amount of time 5) It’s a café… that is why it’s not furnished high end and has a feeling of being a café. That’s in the name. 6) Someone said it was small inside. It’s not. C’mon I’ve been in smaller. It’s just fine even if you have a scooter. You should be able to make your way around. 7) It’s bright from natural light. big windows however. they used a pale blue paint. Studies show that oranges.reds.yellows feel warm. AND it makes people hungry. not feeling like you are walking into a sterile hospital. It’s still nice. just not a warm feeling. 8) Met the manager… she was very nice and makes sure to work her way around to see that operations are running smoothly. 9) Prices equal to anyplace else 10) Clean I have some pics posted. Gives you an idea of the size so the person who claimed it wasn’t that big… needs to get the vision checked. It’s a decent size café.
