I’ve been going here for over ten years and it keeps getting worse. The only person who knows how to do nails is the owner Teresa and if she isn’t there no one can do anything right. I always ask Teresa to do my nails and I’ll even call in advance but when I get there she has someone else do them. Tonight was my last straw I go in to get my eyebrows waxed and they tell me no with no excuse why. Just keep saying can’t do it with 3 people there who have all done my eyebrows previously. I will not go here again unless emergency. Sucks but they suck!

After 3 years of struggling to get what I ask for I will no longer be coming back here. 2 out of 5 times my nails are almost exactly what I want, the other 3 times not at all but today was the straw that broke the camels back. I just needed a fill. Just asked for a little shorter as you should when you get a fill because your nails grow longer obviously. My nails were shaved down 3 quarters of the way! I had to stop the guy from shaving them down any further. Three were shaped crooked and I asked for them to be narrowed again since they shaved them down so far that they no longer had the shape I came I with, I also asked for square square. I walked out with short, round squared, barley narrowed nails, three of which were crooked. When I pay someone I just want what I asked for… would you pay someone for an ugly shirt at the clothes store? I will move on from this place after 3 years of struggling with them. Im so disappointed.

Lena did a great job! I had a pedicure. She was very gentle while removing my old shellac and then soaking. She was very detailed in trimming my toenails. She did an AMAZING massage on my legs. Can’t wait to see her again.

Had my credit card handled by a woman still wearing the gloves she was using for another customer’s pedicure. Nothing against the lady getting a pedicure, but I just found it completely unprofessional of the staff. Paint job was also rushed and unsatisfactory. Even when prompted to correct them. I’ll be finding a new nail salon.

I just moved to federal way and stopped in here to get a full set before I went on vacation. By far the worst place I’ve ever been to. It was an extra $ 5 to have them shaped to stiletto/​almond which would be fine if they would have done them correctly. When I noticed that more than one of them were crooked, I told the lady and instead of trying to correct it she just said it was because of my nail beds. They didn’t even do a good job painting them, and if that’s not bad enough they didn’t even last a week. Terrible terrible place and didn’t care to take responsibility for their mess up. I would not recommend them and definitely won’t be returning.

I just got back from this salon. I went in for a regular manicure and left with stubby, square, crappily painted nails. the woman that did my nails was the much older lady that works there. she was very shaky. the first thing she did was interrupt me while I was trying to pick out a color. she came over and said hi then stood there staring at me while I tried to pick between the 100+ colors. I had one in my hand and was looking at it and she was just like «okay! okay okay please sit!» and I felt pressured to hurry (even though it wasn’t busy)
then she filed my nails down, a lot. like way down to the point they are sore. and she made then a sharp square shape. I didn’t even notice this until I left otherwise I would have stopped her.
there were 2 other women getting manicures and their techs seemed great so I wasn’t worried at this point. the girl next to me got an awesome hand/​arm massage and the other lady left with PERFECT nails.
well the woman doing my nails was completely opposite. after she cut my nails down into tiny squares she gave me a «massage» which consisted of her half assedly rubbing my arms for about 10 seconds.
when she started painting my nails I knew I was doomed. she was SO shaky. I left with super streaky, uneven polish. it got all over my fingers and cuticles, and there are bare spots and smudges.
I went to pay and threw down $ 12 (no tip) and she was going «yes? yes?» and nodding to me to like tip her. I just walked out.
this is literally a manicure I will have to redo at home because it’s that bad.

I liked this place. The service was good, the people were friendly and the pedicure massage chairs are heavenly.
