I called to make an appointment here… as a new patient I was instantly put on hold. The front office picked back up-​not friendly and asked a few questions… then again put me back on hold for a few more minutes. With the field they are working in I was shocked and the unfriendly voice on the other line. After finally scheduling an appointment-​I hung up disappointment with the conversation and realized I did not want to go to a place like this. I never met the Dr.-however the front office turned me off to even wanting to come into this place.

I was having a hard time finding an Obgyn that I liked. I came on to my trusty Unilocal and found this clinic. I had my first apt today and loved Susan. She was informative and seemed very knowledgeable. I usually never schedule follow ups since I’ve never liked my other dr but will definitely come back.

I love this Doctor!!! She has given me my life back… I will refer her every chance i get to… She is very patient and kind. She truly cares about her patients. I was referred by another happy patient… She does inspire me to take care of myself. Her staff is fabulous!!! If you want to get your annual exam with her be sure to book a year in advance…

I have been coming to this gyn office for about 5 years now. I found out about this office when I was looking for a gyn near my home. Fortunately for me I found this place! I’ve always seen Susan Ferriera, ARNP for all of my medical needs. Susan has always been very sweet, warm and interested in my care.
I did have to see Dr. Levy on one occasion due to an emergency. It was the first time that I met her. She was kind of short with me like she was in a hurry.
When I moved up north to Lynnwood I still made the annual trek down to Federal Way to see Susan. Now that I’m in downtown Seattle it makes it a tad easier but it’s still a hike that is worth the drive.
Bravo to Susan! I hope that you work there forever!
