I am disabled & this is the closest location to me. The service & wait times are horrible over & over it’s been the same thing… I won’t have anything else refilled at this location… Shame on Walgreens for running this kind of operation.

I had to switch back to King Soopers for my prescriptions simply because service here is so slow. It doesn’t matter if you go to the counter or use the drive-through, this Walgreens pharmacy is obviously understaffed because there is always a wait, even if there aren’t that many people in line. It’s way too frustrating to keep dealing with. However, I do have to be honest in that the actual employees are helpful and courteous.

Horrible customer service. Waited forever. They then filled the wrong prescription. Never apologized. Then did not even have the right one. Had to then spend my time and fuel traveling to another store. Huge waste of time. All Walgreens seem to be trending this way. I recommend going ANYWHERE else but recommend somewhere locally owned. Had I not been just traveling through I would’ve found a local store.

REVIEWFORTHETAKECARECLINICONLY I came here about a month ago for a biometric screening for my work’s insurance plan. The wait took FOREVER even though I had made an appointment. My appointment was set for 6pm. I didn’t get seen until 6:45pm. I later learned that this is because they only have one staff member at all times. This is a questionable place. The lady that was doing my tests was hacking and sniffing the entire time and never covered her mouth. When it came time for my finger prick blood test she did not use any gloves! I was mortified. To make matters worse, when I started bleeding everywhere due to lack of a bandaid, she grabbed my hand and got my blood all over her hand and wrapped a tissue FROMHERPOCKET around my finger! Do not come here if you value your health!
