Showed up on time, got right to work, and found the rotted fuel line problem right away.

My mower refused to start on a Saturday afternoon, when my lawn was already overgrown. A shop I called estimated 10 – 12 days before they could even look at it. Next highest Unilocal review was Dave’s small engine repair service. Dave answered my call at 1:00, happened to be in the area on a different job, and came over in a couple of hours. He took apart my carburetor and cleaned it, changed the spark plug, and added oil and clean gas, and soon the thing was running better than ever. I was able to finish my yard that evening. I never imagined I’d have a running mower that quickly, and without having to put it in the car. Terrific, efficient service. Total charge was $ 85. For come-to-your-door service on a Saturday afternoon, I thought it was a great value.
