The service at this particular U-​Haul is terrible. I had a rental and when I went to show up the it wasn’t available. The manager was unapologetic and unprofessional. I called the owner and he didn’t have the decency to call me back. Never using this location again.

As like most truck rental companies they have a decent selection of trucks. But as a regular renter I will be looking elsewhere in the future as the customer service at this location is horrible. They basically act like they are doing you a favor just to speak with you. Typical of companies who employ 20 somethings and dont provide proper training for their staff.
