This review is long overdue, as I’ve been coming to this location for all of my car’s needs for several years now. I’ve always been treated like a highly valued customer. It’s clear that the gentleman Pete, who runs this place, knows what customer service is about. If you’re honest and fair, the customer will return again and again! More than that, he treats his fellow employees with respect.
I’ve come here for a wide range of services and each time and while I’m informed in great detail of my car’s needs, I’ve never once felt pressured to act at that moment. Once you’ve completed service, Pete will call to check on things. Again, great customer service. A little follow up goes a long way.
If you want good service with fair and reasonable prices AND if you want to be valued as a customer, come to this location. There are two locations much closer to my home, that I bypass to come here.
