I walked in to buy a printer with my husband, we didn’t know what kind we wanted or even knew what we were looking for. We stood at the front thinking someone would see us, it was like no one was in the store. I walked up to the print counter and asked for help, she said that she would page someone, and as a stood there waiting for her to do so, she continued working and never paged anyone. Finally someone decided to come to the front and said we would have to wait to get help so we left and went to the OfficeMax across the street, which was the best decision we ever made cause we got a great deal and great help. Never going back to Staples again.

If you planning to use shipping department be prepared to get ripped off. I’ve shipped two identical boxes to the same destination. On Friday, from UPS store — $ 13.45. Staples refused to accept UPS or provide estimate at all, forced me to use USPS $ 18.90. Since there aren’t any alternatives on Sunday.

Had to get a very big job done very quickly today and the copy print center at the Staples was so amazingly quick and friendly knock the job out for me in 20 minutes and allowed me to get my meeting started on time where as a local printing company that claimed they could get the job done had three days and didn’t have it ready for me this morning thanks I will never use the local company again and will tell everyone I know not to use them either
