When judging Munchy’s as a pizza place, I have to only give them two stars. One for edible pizza, and two for their other meals. Their cheesesteaks are pretty good, but you don’t go here for those, you go here for pizza, and quite frankly their pizzas are underwhelming. The pies are too small, extremely greasy, and also generally lacking flavor. While I go there occasionally, I feel there’s better options elsewhere.

Randomly decided to order from here one night because they put a flyer in my mailbox. Best thing i’ve ever done! My boyfriend got wings which looked AMAZING and he said they tasted even better. The blue cheese was phenomenal and i am a blue cheese critic. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and for something as ordinary and plain as a salad, they did a phenomenal job! So fresh. FINALLY the pizza. we had ordered just a plain, thin pizza. They give you the option for regular or thin. it was OUTOFTHISWORLD. They had such a large menu and so many pizza options I cant wait to try some again!

I am not going to update Munchy’s each and every time that we go but I just have to shout it out to the world, you will find one of the best cheesesteaks here! Hubby has been bugging me since our first experience to go back and have another cheesesteak. Many times he has said«well if you don’t feel like cooking tonight we can go to Munchy’s for a cheesesteak.» Last night I took him up on it. Everything is perfect. They have the best roll and so fresh. They use an eight ounce sirloin steak for every cheesesteak. They do skimp on the provolone so I get double, some on the bottom and some melted on the top. Last night I had mine with mushrooms, big meaty sauteed fresh mushrooms that are not overcooked to lose all the flavor, lots of onions that were barely sauteed and still crisp and a nice sized dice of green, red and yellow peppers! These guys do care! I had them double fry the fries so they were crispy and asked for a side of beef gravy when I noticed they had hot roast beef sandwiches. Yum a place nearby that has fries with gravy. Once again, they have won Best of Philly for their cheesesteaks and Best of the Northeast. Nothing is garbage about this sandwich, loaded with lean and flavorful meat and they know how to sauté those veggie additions without crucifying them. Trust me, you won’t regret it and you won’t be asking«where’s the beef?»
