Very bad place, when ordering double meat, double cheese and something like this, made a regular topping. Pizza delivered cold.

Lazy workers. Awful service. Turned a simple order into a huge hassle. Had to made two trips there & back to get my order. Pizza was mediocre with almost no toppings. Never coming back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Called to order two medium pies and the guy who barely understood my order since they don’t speak English anymore proceeded to tell me my order was 25 bucks. I order two medium pies all the time for 5.99 a pie. I wanted to cancel the order and he was like oh wait there’s a coupon. Ugh. Then my husband goes in and tells me they’re under new management all Indians. They’re nasty enough when you go by Dunkins that are owned by them and now they took over the dominos business locally. Yea they will never get my business ever again screw them.

Reading the other reviews I’m not sure what to think. The food is Domino’s food. It tastes the same everywhere. Nothing special. The girl at the counter, Alex, the last few times I ordered, was super friendly and went out of her way to please.

Ordered cinnamon sticks waited almost an hour For them to be delivered with no icing. Says icing included. When i ordered online it automatically added extra icing For 0.75 $. So i took it of. Moral of the story i got no icing and a shit load of attitude from the rude phone boy.

Absolutely would NOT re-order from here again. 3 days ago we ordered on our Dominos IPhone App at 6:53 P.M. At 8:00 P.M. I finally called to ask where our food was they apologized and said we would receive a complimentary pizza and breadstick order for the delay. I called tonight to place an order and ask for our complimentary pizza. After the young«gentleman» on the phone told me multiple times they have no record of ever delivering to my home and when he miraculously found our account said«I don’t see nothin’ about no breadsticks or no pizza» I explained what happened once more. He said I was being rude and he couldn’t do anything. He wouldn’t speak to a manager, nada. This is why we stick with Papa John’s.

Maybe the NY Domino’s Pizza locations have ruined it for me — but this location was just fine with me. I don’t understand the bad reviews, but I’m not from the area. After years of dealing with inept, punk, crap employees at the Domino’s locations near me in NY, I was pleasantly surprised upon entering this location one night while I was staying in the area recently. We called ahead of time and placed the order for a pick up. I got to the location and waited. They have survey’s to fill out here(I wish they had them by me, because I would go to town on the unfriendly NY employees). The employee at this location was friendly and courteous and it was a breath of fresh air. I guess good Domino’s employees DO exist. Place looked clean enough and got the exact order I placed and went back to eat it. The pizza and chicken were pretty much what Domino’s offers, so no complaints there either.(And for those who think Domino’s is «pizza» — then you have no clue as to what you’re talking about. Domino’s version of «pizza» is equivalent to McDonald’s version of a cheeseburger… it’s just fast food. You want an actual«pizza»? Go to a correctly run pizzeria).Domino’s prices are high everywhere, but if you’re willing to spend a little for convenient fast food, then it’s all good. So if I am in the area again, I will certainly come back here. All those who gave this place bad reviews — you’re LUCKY that you have this location by you. If you had a hard time here, come to NY and see the real crappy Domino’s near me — maybe then you’ll go a little easier on this place. So, recommended location if you’re a fan of Domino’s and their food.

If there’s such thing as HALF or NOSTAR… this place definitely deserves it!!! My coworker and i ordered their new pan pizza for lunch. We used the promo coupon that were sent to us via email from Dominos; $ 4 per pizza. We walked in to pickup the pizza, the guy yelled at us while he gave us the pizza. Old Guy: HOWDIDYOUGETITFOR $ 3.99? Me: I replied calmly because i thought he was being sarcastic:. we used the coupon from the email. Old Guy: WHATEMAIL? Me: oh the promotional email we get from dominos Old Guy: HOWDIDYOUGETITFOR $ 3.99??? At this point i realized he wasn’t joking with us… me: can we have some plates ? Old Guy: NO! WEDON’T HAVEANYPLATES! We order from here often. but this would be the last time. what horrible service!

So… I will not be ordering from this place again. Everytime I order they mess something wrong. Tonight I ordered and I was hung up on 3 times and put on hold so long that my phone hung up!!! Then I had to pay extra got dipping sauce(I ordered 4) and I didn’t get any. I’m like wth!!! So I hope their managers and other higher ups see that they need to get it together there before people stop coming. Its kind of frustrating but it’s a lessson learned bc I will not be ordering from dominos again.

I just got the«new» pizza and it’s as bad if not worse than the old pizza. Stay away from this take-out horror show.

Came in only to find bunch of gangsta wannabe teenage delivery drivers and their friends hogging up ¾ of the microscopic lobby. After couple minutes of trying to get attention of anyone behind the counter just left and went to Papa John’s couple blocks away. This is the worst pizza place service ever.

Before last evening, I can not remember the last time I had a pizza from Domino’s. I handed hubby all the recent coupons we received and allowed him to order. I am not going to get into all the varieties of pizzas and toppings, that you can order, to create your own delectable pie. I also won’t get into all the other menu items available from wings to sandwiches. What I am going to get into is ordering a pizza from Domino’s. With all the gourmet pizza’s we have out there and a fantastic local, family owned pizza place right up the street, I was so hungry for a simple thin crust pepperoni pizza, that I have not had in ages. Domino’s offers four crusts, crunchy thin; sounds good to me, Brooklyn style; even better, hand tossed; taking a chance there and deep dish; which I do not care for at all, sorry Chicago. Hubby requests the hand tossed, which turned out to be quite thick and doughy. He also ordered two extra toppings of green peppers and onions, I’ll live, even though I am still craving my thin crust pepperoni pizza. They use real mozzarella, but it was past the point of melted and gooey and more like slightly burned and rubbery. If that crust had been thinner, then it would not have been in the oven that long. They have three stars for three reasons. They are not chintzy with the pepperoni and I love their sauce! It is how pizza sauce used to be, pureed, rich and well seasoned and without all the watery chunks of tomatoes. Delivery was fast and in a Mercedes and their prices are very reasonable. Back to hubby, if you don’t mind. With all the coupons I handed him he used none and for one medium pizza, it came to $ 12.79, with tip $ 15.00. Right in front of me is a coupon for two medium, two topping pizzas for $ 12.99. Bottom line, Domino’s has great sauce and gives you, your choice of crusts. Delivery is fast and their prices are very reasonable, however I feel they could have re-figured hubby’s order and made a few suggestions. Next time I shall grab the scissors and pick up the phone, or as I just found out, you can place your order on line, download and use coupons and decide on pick up or delivery.
