I am personally a huge Wendys fan. I currently live in Fairmont but found myself in the Fayetteville area and stopped into Wendys for a quick meal. The service was fast and pretty friendly. However, I ordered cheese to dip nuggets in and the cheese was lumpy, old, and there was barely any in the little container. My husband ordered a sandwich without tomato or honey mustard but received it with both still on. They replaced our things after we turned around and went back and inside to fix the issue. No attitude from the staff, either. I am disappointed in the quality of the cheese dip though. It was repulsive and that didn’t seem to even surprise the cashier who fixed it. I would give them a second chance, but I would be lying if I said I’m not upset a bit.

Great restaurant. The previous poster was looking for a vegan meal at a burger place and obviously was mad because they couldn’t accommodate her. Don’t let that sway you from stopping here. The staff are always nice, service is quick, and the building clean. Of course people will sometimes experience problems but I’ve had very few here. My order is always correct and fresh. So, unless your a vegan, this is a good Wendy’s, but if your a vegan you should go to a nearby restaurant that has vegan options, there are several.

I left a great review before but not now. I tried to get a vegetarian sandwich and I guess because I did not want a dead animal on this sandwich they assume I just want 2 pieces of onion, 1 small leaf of lettuce, half a slice of tomato and on a little tiny bun. I asked for one of the big buns and extra veggies. The cashier argued with me telling me I could not have what I wanted and they put cheese on it. I did not order cheese. Why can’t I have a big veggie sandwich? Vegetarians eat more than meat eaters it is a fact but this Wendy’s thinks if you don’t eat dead animals you don’t need to eat. If your a vegetarian go to Tudors in Fayetteville they make a great LTO sandwich on toast.(Lettuce, tomato, onion)
