Walmart on Campus

I’m not so much a fan of Walmart as a corporation, but even I will admit that WoC is a stroke of genius. Frankly, i’m shocked it took them this long to try it. They partnered with the University to take over pharmacy operations from the Pat Walker Health Center, so it is, in essence, a small drug store just for students/​staff. I think it makes good use of the space, and its just a smart, workable idea. And I would not be surprised if every major college campus in the US has one in the next 10 years.

This place is so convenient. It has all of the basics of a normal sized Walmart, just in a minute suite in the Garland Center. Its so close to campus. I love it. Great Idea!
