If I could give zero star I would. This review is very long since it explains my experiences with employees over a course of months. I am a polite, kind, and patient person while over the months I never showed any aggression or rudeness towards these employees to get treated the way I did. I went into that store countless times from September 15– January 16 because one of the employees«Octavia Wynn» said she was signing my husband up for the 2 lines for $ 110 and IPhone forever lease which would cost a total of $ 180. Well she ended up actually telling us we were on that plan and signing us up on two separate unlimited plans. Our average bill ranges from $ 224 to at one time $ 257. So if you want to be lied to and given the wrong product this place is for you! I spent five hours one day at the store with a former manager«Fernando» trying to fix the bill. Which he said he got the bill fixed, but really he just gave us a onetime account credit. Over the five hours I realized how unprofessional the team of employees are(besides Fernando) they would make fun of customers and do it in front of other customers and talk bad about each other. Over the next few months I dealt with the new manager«Andre Chaney» and the female manager which I forgot her name because she is never around. One time I went in to see how they were doing with getting my bills fixed and the female manager would not give me the time of day she had a employee walk back and forth between us to write down what my problem was(which I have a copy of that paper as proof). She said she would look into and give me a call later(which they never return calls.) A week later I called and she said she was in the hospital and would pass it off to Andre to fix. Andre told me he fixed the problem and to pay our next bill and over the next few bills they would be lower because they would be prorated from the past over charged bills. I believed him and was super excited that it was fixed. Well he lied and he never fixed it and our bill was still messed up. He then would tell me multiple times a District manager would come and fix my bill and I believe that never happened either since it was never fixed. Then he started ignoring my calls or would have an employee take my number down and they told me he would«call me back». So one time I call an employee called Dezi said he could fix it and give him 10 mins then he would call back. Well I gave him 45 mins since I knew it was a 10 min fix. When I called I was told he would call me back when he was back from lunch. so I gave it another half hour and when I called back«Larry» told me to hold on BUTFORGOTTOPUTMEONHOLD and I could hear them joking around about telling me he was busy with a customer. So that was the first time I got slightly rude and told him I wasn’t actually on hold like he thought, and he put Dezi on the phone within minutes. Dezi then said he can’t fix it without proof that we were told we would get 2 lines for $ 110. Which I have the original contract that Octavia gave us and brought it in the next day. When my husband and I came in the next day we met with Andre and the older female manager. He acknowledges that we have proof and after he hears me mumble to my husband that I am going to report them Andre starts rambling that will be unnecessary since he will get it fixed because we have proof and be done by Tuesday. We walk with him over to the older female manager and they apologized for their employees and our horrible experience. We shook hands and were promised us they would get it fixed this time since we brought«proof that they messed up» and it would be fixed by Tuesday… they seemed very sincere, Andre even gave me his card with his personal cell number on it so we don’t get the run around that he is not available from other employees when I call on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around and I call his cell and no answer and I leave a message with my number and to please call me back. Wednesday comes and no callback and no answer, and when I call the store employees tell me he is not working that day… Thursday I call and I am told by an employee he ran to the bank and should be back in a half hour. I have errands to run in the area so I tell them I will just stop by later. I show up at the sprint store and an employee tells me that he is working all day but seems to not be around, and as she is saying that I see another employee sneaking into the back office to probably warn him I came in lol. Seriously how hard is it to call me back and give me a simple answer of no we couldn’t get it done. So immature. So at this point I walk out to my car feeling defeated and disappointed. We have always loved Sprint and recommended it and now we will warn anyone and everyone that we can to stay away. We are solving our problem by switching to T-Mobile because they will buy out our Sprint contract. My family will never use Sprint again.

DONOT go to this Sprint store for phone repairs. The workers do not know what they are doing and they erased everything off my moms phone without her permission. They are not qualified to fix Apple devices. I would not advise anyone to go to this store if you are having technical problems with your phone; please find another location for repairs.

Their Customer Service is not what it should be. Their Reps Lie on the customer, don’t own up to their mistakes. My Son goes in to start up his IPhone 4ever plan & order the new phone. Rep completes the transaction & tells him we will call you when the ph. Comes in. A wk goes by, he checks on it. They say it hasn’t came in. Two wks, still no phone. I check on this myself thru the toll free customer service, bcuz I’m in another state, to find out tht the Rep tht did this transaction with my son, realized 2 dys later she messed up, wasn’t supposed to let this order go thru bcuz they say he wasn’t an authorized user on the acct. so she goes in the System & cancels everything, but fails to call my son & let him know. So he can fix the problem, instead they just keep telling him the phones not in yet, when it was sitting right there in the store! In the End, tht Rep. Did not admit to her mistake, she Lied to cover her —! Poor Customer Service

People who answer the phone are uninformed. They never call when your phone is in. This happened to me twice now I had to tract my phone only to find out the phone had been delivered to them 9 days earlier. When I called sprint, they tried to call the store for 40 minutes. No answer. When I finally reached this store, they said it wasn’t in until I gave them the tracking number which showed they got it 9 days ago. They just don’t seem to care about the customer.

This store is a disgrace, the manager(that all of the staff refers to as «Diva») is quick to inform customers that she has been in the cell phone business for 20 years, but for a woman that’s been in the business for so long she is clue less. Her employees are all trained to do one thing. Worship the Diva,(the employees actually told us that!) no one in that establishment follows through with anything they say or promise you as a customer. If you like being lied to repeatedly, treated like you don’t matter, and dealing with a store manager that walks around like she’s a queen who needs to be bowed down to, has a super inflated ego and ridiculously bad attitude then this store is definitely for you. If you value customer service go somewhere ANYWHERE else. No stars would be a more appropriate rating for this store.
