The NC Real Estate Commission reviewed my evidence and agreed that we had been mistreated. They, however, cannot force them to pay, and I have to file suit. They are also mistreating the tenants that moved in after us as well. Under NO circumstances should an owner or tenant do business with them.

Currently have had rental property with this company for 7 years. Our tenant gave notice so we asked if they would list it for sale. That was in early May. Now the end of June and the house is still not listed for sale. I called weekly and got the same run around. Today I finally said NO MORE! I don’t trust that they would be able to handle a contract if one bit them in the a**. It’s truly unfortunate for us because we live out of town and don’t have the ability to switch real estate firms. I’d say skip this place if you plan to buy or sell your home since they seem to drop the ball quite often.
