Something just seemed wrong with this location. When we walked in the bar was void of so many normal elements that you usually see at bars. It felt like maybe we were in a dry county or something, but they forgot we were not. The service was odd. When we walked in there was a huge group of people waiting to get a table but a abundance of tables. The site seemed very mismanaged to say the least. The service was intending to be nice, but didn’t quite grasp the flow of dining with their checkins and water refills. We would go long times without water being refliled and be checked on for getting our order very quickly… just a very uneven flow.

The food is good and the service is fine. The hickory bourbon pork chops and chicken versions were yummy according to those in our party that ordered it. We recommend this restaurant. The only shortcoming is the bar drinks took some bit of time to get to us. Food came quickly, though. The salad bar was fresh and tasty.

I would have given a half a star if I could. This is the worst experience I have ever had at a Ruby Tuesday’s. I called ahead and they didn’t even put the tables together to facilitate our party. It took almost an hour for our food to come out and we got all the appetizers and main course together. Most of the food was cold and I don’t think they know the difference between basil and cilantro. People came in after us and ate and left us here. I asked for a water and 30 minutes later, it was still missing. Don’t expect them to take empty plates off your table, it’s faster to do it yourself. Some food even came out and 20 minutes before the side dish came out. I will never spend my money in this establishment again. The service was ridiculous.

This was a horrendous experience. My husband and I had gotten certificates to eat here for free so we figured we would drop in on Saturday, while there was a football game in town so it was quiet. We were seated right away, the greeter at the door was fantastic… so begins the decline… The waiter was nervous and antsy, and when we asked him about the food he said that he had never eaten any of it, but then proceeded to say«I eat the spinach dip all the time, I have the queso all the time» and so on… it was just weird. So we order, and I head to the salad bar to get a salad and the guy who seated comes over and hovers over me asking if everything looks ok and if its fresh enough. Personal space invader would not leave me alone. I ended up accidentally putting ham cubes on my salad because I reached for something nearby and was watching him hover over me and grabbed the wrong spoon. Ugg!!! I go back the my seat and the appetizer has arrived, it was the spinach artichoke dip and it was good. Very rich, but tasty. The waiter tells us that he waited until the appetizer came out to put in our order, which is usually just fine, but for some reason it took over 30 minutes to get our food. So long, in fact, that the manager told him to offer us free dessert because of the wait. Tables that came in 3 people AFTER us got their food first. Anyway, the food arrives, and I had ordered my burger without the chipotle mayo, regular mayo instead. Burger came out dry, no mayo at all. My husband’s burger was the one that took the cake though, he ordered a mushroom and Swiss burger and was brought out something that resembled mine, but with like 3 mushrooms on top and a HUGE pile of some kind of Cajun seasoning that is so hot its inedible in that large of a dose. He ordered onion rings and got fries instead, the waiter was nice enough to remember and bring out the onion rings. My husband couldn’t eat the burger, and wasn’t going to say anything but I wanted to talk to the manager about this weird burger that wasn’t on the menu, but my husband somehow got. The manager looks at it and is confused, he said that the burger that was ordered should not have looked like that and he wasn’t sure what happened. He asked is my husband had added things, and we said no, because he didn’t. So he takes it away, we are told that we are comped a dessert so we order one… and proceed to wait so long that another manager comes over and asks if there is something wrong and we tell him. He then goes to the kitchen and you can hear them yelling back and forth(because we were sat in that PRIME seat right by the restrooms and the kitchen) about why its taking so long. Finally the dessert comes out… we should have left without it. My husband got the Blondie and I got the lava cake… both were microwaved to death, the edges were hard and dry… it was terrible. All in all, we ended up paying just over $ 12.00 for everything, which isn’t bad, really, but more than I wanted to pay for such a horrible meal. I knew that I wasn’t a fan of Ruby Tuesdays after they changed their menu and tried to go «classy» but now I know to never go back, and to tell my friends to steer clear. Go at your own risk…

You know, it always worries me, when you go into a restaurant, and place your order, and the wait staff doesn’t write down your order the orders down. Now, if i was alone, this would be fine, but i rarely am. I just don’t understand whom these restaurants are trying to impress?! So, my wife’s order comes out wrong(go figure). Other than the over confidence issue, food was eatable. I had a breaded chicken pasta, and though it was very crispy, it also tasted of oil that’s starting to turn. Lighting, darker than i prefer for the atmosphere that they’re trying to achieve. Its a toss up for the quality of experience that you get at this particular restaurant.
