Booked a party for my Granddaughters 6th Birthday and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service. The employees however doing there jobs I’m sure as they were trained. We were rushed in everything that we did they brought our pizza out and then they had to stop eating to do cake. During the party which there were 3 going on the DJ started the game green light so the 3 parties there didn’t get to participate when we inquired the hostess said he was suppose to wait on us OH WELL that didn’t happen just all together a very terrible experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone for 130 dollars the service and atmosphere were terrible. And they wanted to bag up the gifts for her to open at home. Well hell no we booked the place from 1:30 to 4 it was more like 1:30 to 2:00 and we were rushed three that. Go somewhere else

Please don’t ever come here. The owner of this establishment is the RUDEST person I have ever met! We brought my four year old niece here to skate and because none of us were skating he said that he didn’t like that none of us were skating and that he should turn the AC off because we kept coming in and out as if we were scum. I’ll have you know we planned on coming back later when she was older and when we had socks and pants to skate with her BUT after this we have decided we aren’t returning. I don’t even want to purchase a drink or anything for that matter if my money is going towards a selfish stingy person who cares nothing about family morales. She’s four. She’s learning to skate. So what if we don’t want to skate. Is it hurting you to have us here without skates? No. And if it is then maybe you should change your attitude so you will reap more benefits from a business. Until then, reap what you sew jerk!

Great for what it is. Good price to get in but of course everything else is a little pricey (thats a give in). Needs to upgrade a little tho. Good and up to date music. Friendly people that work there. I need express again how they need to update the place.
