Rude, condescending salesperson. I am new in town and walked into Reeds to inquire about having the crystal of my watch buffed to remove scratches. The salesperson began talking to another associate about how «I won’t TOUCH her Rolex, neither will Rolex. Her bezel isn’t even original, neither is her dial» at which time I explained that my dial is original and that I’ve had my watch appraised and serviced several times without any issues. He continued to explain how he won’t «touch my watch» as if I was ‘unclean’ with my aftermarket bezel. His strong reaction to my watch was comical, will not return.

My husband and I have been customers of this jewelry store for a little over a year. They have always been helpful whether it comes to watches, gifts, and even our wedding bands. The manager, Chris, knows everything about every watch in that store so talk to him before you purchase a watch anywhere else!

These ppl only care about money. Got my husband’s wedding band here and it didn’t fit when we got it back two weeks after we bought it then we tried to get it resized then they said we couldn’t we had to buy a whole new band then we had to tell them we were told it was a lifetime size guarantee so they charged us 50 then gave us a month expecting date and it was over a month!
