My friend and I left this salon satisfied! An I find that the they give high end service! All for a very good price! An my friend, Katie has a very high demand. Always want things a certain way. When she left she couldn’t stop telling me how great her nails look. I felt very pampered. And I highly recommend anyone to come into this great salon.

Great experience! I got shellac manicure done and it came out very nice. The ladies were all very kind and made you feel comfortable. Lam did mine and I’ve heard Lexi is great too! Only thing is they don’t accept card & have an ATM. So bring cash!

Positive: I went here without an appointment, and I was helped right away.
Negatives: My nail tech didn’t do a great job of painting. I’ve done a better job painting my own nails than he did. He got way too close to the cuticle. Secondly, when I am paying $ 15 for a manicure, I expect a hand massage. This guy put lotion on my hands, rubbed it for MAYBE 5 seconds, and then told me to wash my hands. I did not feel pampered here at all! I doubt I will return.
Also, they appear to have a new name. NW Nails.

This place has never disappointed me. As far as pedicures go, I always ask for the basic one and it’s enough for me to walk out with awesome toes. I also love how they shape my toe nails so square and perfect. As soon as you walk in someone is quick to help you and almost no waiting time. (They were moderately busy when I went) I can’t comment on manicures but pedicures have always been very satisfactory for me. ;)

I went to the NWA mall location. They got me in quick, went above and beyond, and did my pedicure thoroughly and accommodated my design request. They were really friendly and chatty and tried to use English as much as possible instead of ignoring you like some places do. My mani and eyebrow wax also look awesome. Highly recommend.

AWFUL doesn’t begin to describe my pedicure. They were SO fast they couldn’t even begin to give a normal pedicure as mentioned on their «menu». They don’t use a base coat of clear polish on your nail before they begin painting. All the polishes to choose from were so old and clumpy that the colors were hard to even pick from. My polish was painted uneven and clumpy. I will never come bck here. EVER.

I went to this nail salon after going to the nail salon in the NW Arkansas mall which did a horrible job on my nails. This place was able to fix the botched job on my nails and at a cheaper cost! However, they don’t take CC so be sure to have your checkbook or cash.

I had a very negative experience at this salon. The manicure and pedicure I received was mediocre and the store manager was very rude and insulted me. Go elsewhere. Keep in mind they do not accept credit cards — I was not notified of this at the beginning of my services but thankfully I had my checkbook with me.
