My fiancée and I went in a few weeks ago to coordinate for tux rentals for our wedding. Even though the store was teeming with customers, the staff was able to help us in a timely manner. Everyone we spoke to was extremely courteous and helpful, and they even went out of their way to find us all possible discounts and coupons that we qualified for. Very pleasantly surprised, especially given how crowded the store was that day.
