DONOTUSE!!! Negligent staff. Would give negative stars if possible. We originally left somewhat satisfied. We called before going and were told that the wait was 1 to 1 ½ hours. We were seen after almost 4 hours. The Physician’s Assistant that saw us was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He gave his diagnosis and prescribed medication for my wife. This is where it all went downhill. The medication wasn’t carried at ANY pharmacy in town because it is no longer distributed. We call Medex to explain that the prescription is invalid and that we need a new one and are told to expect a call back. As you can guess, there was no call back. After about 6 hours, I show up there and and after much back and forth am given a new prescription. As it turns out, my wife had taken this previously and had terrible reactions to it. We explain this to them and are told that it is our only option. Our pharmacist even called to try to get it changed to a more suitable(weaker, just in case you’re wondering) medication. Despite spending hours there as a paying patient, having one of their doctors diagnose a condition and determine that it necessitated pain meds, and having a pharmacist present them with alternatives to their INVALID prescription, the doctor looked me in the eye and said«It’s not my problem. That’s your problem now.» Take it for what it’s worth, these people only want your copay and to get you out the door. Do yourself a favor and avoid if at all possible.

I hate that I even had to go to an Urgent Care Clinic, but I would definitely come back again for after hour care. The staff was fast and friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. They call your prescriptions in to your pharmacy which is quick and convenient. I hope I won’t have to go back anytime soon, but it beats sitting in the ER for hours
