Lowe’s Home Improvement

You know the customer service is bad, its Lowes. Should be called Lowest. Make sure your plan A, B and C wont work out before visiting… matter of fact dont waste your time just know they either don’t have what you want or have it but not sure where.

Ordered windows from here and everything was fine until the install began. One window came broken so had to be reordered. No communication came from the store until I complained a week later. So the reordered window comes in 2 ½ weeks later and they get to the house and find that the wrong window was ordered. So now another 2 – 3 weeks to get the right one. Poor poor customer service and quality control. What a fail this store is.

This store has a hard time following its customers. Every time I come here it seems like the place is getting robbed. Hard to find service and I will say that I like the other store so much better. Garden section is ok but tools and lumber needs help.

I never received orders when I wanted them. I replaced all the appliances at my house-​I took what was in stock on the assumption they would deliver immediately and at the same time, but it was over the course of two weeks. I ordered new doors and those took over a month and I had to hire a local contractors because their guy never came.
I tried to order curtains and a vanity, but the people working in the store wouldn’t sit down with me to determine the order. They stressed it was a special order-​I acknowledged-​and they stared at me until I walked away. The final stroke really had to do with the their banking service, I racked up a large bill and wanted to pay it off quick because of the grotesque loan percentage. I made two payments the first month and then they billed me three days later. They ignored the payments and charged a late fee-​I called, they reversed the fee and advised that I wait until I am billed and pay the minimum. I only found out when I logged on to make my next month payment because they didn’t send a bill-​I signed up for paperless. I closed my account, drive to the other side of town to use Home Depot and regret giving Lowes business.

Yay!!! It’s Lowes! LOL

I like Lowe’s better than Home Depot. They have more to choose from and I never have any problems finding someone to help me when I need it
