I have recently moved to the Raeford area and have received excellence service at the Lowe’s off 401. As a former Lowe’s Manager I understand the systems and processes in place and what excellence from associates looks like. In my six visits I have received outstanding customer service each time. Good job on selecting and training the right associates!

I am out of state and placed a phone order for paint that a contractor would be able to pick up. It was very simple and they even saved me some money by helping me chose a different paint then the one I had picked out. Great customer service at this particular Lowes.

Best Lowes in the area, best one I’ve ever actually been to actually. When I lived in hope mills Id drive the extra miles to go to this one. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to walk you to the isle your looking for. The level of service truely does make this lace stand out.,

I love this particular location. The staff is nice and friendly.
Also, they go out of their way to help. A while ago I bought a lawn mower and lost my receipt — I needed it for my 1 year manufacturer warranty. I called and spoke with a manager and she did what she could to find my purchase and print out a receipt.
We’ve never had an issue with this place. When we need home improvement stuff, this is where we go. The location is convenient as well.
