This place is clean, very customer service oriented and there are plenty of washers and dryers to go around. Even the big industrial ones that wash several loads at once. The machines take debit cards so no need to worry about quarters.
I haven’t done the laundry service yet. But it seems legit. Did I forget to mention, they have two televisions, vending machine, and free WiFi!

Facility is very clean and staff is very nice!
Last load goes in at 7 — we got there about 7 10 and she still accommodated.
Definitely coming back here for the cleanliness and the great customer service !

No complaints here, washers were clean, other patrons were friendly dryers work very well. Will come back here if I am in town and need a place to wash my clothes. Much better then using the hotels washer and dryers.

My washing machine is broken so I called laundry day to see if my laundry could be picked up and delivered on a Sunday. They were able to accommodate me and when the laundry was returned to me it was folded so nicely, smelled wonderful and bagged separately.

Best laundromat in the world — literally!
–Amazing customer service: attendants on-​site are extremely friendly and helpful.

–Good variety of washers, to accommodate various load sizes.
–Reasonably priced.

–Plenty of space.
–Plenty of laundry carts.
–Folding tables.
–Good bill changers/​quarter-​dispensing machines always work.
–Option to pay digitally.
–Super-​clean bathroom, with soap and paper towels (bonus points!!).
–Located next to gas station that has ATM machine (in case you need cash).
–Large screen TVs to keep you entertained, while you wait for your wash.
-«Loyalty card» program — get your card punched for each wash. After your 11th wash, your 12th wash is FREE (worth $ 3.25)!

I visited while remodeling my kitchen/​laundry room a few weeks ago. I was apprehensive as I’m not a regular laundromat-​goer, but the facility was clean and the staff seemed friendly. I had a difficult time finding a place with a decent number of reviews that I wouldn’t later find to be closed, so hopefully this will help somebody else in a pinch.

One of the cleanest, most modern laundromats I’ve ever had the pleasure of visiting. No cash, no problem!, the machines accept card transactions directly and the staff is magnificent.

This place is Awesome. The owner has the correct business plan for running a laundry mat. Very clean and professional. Beverly, the attendant on duty at our visit was very detailed in explaining everything. She is the icing on this places cake. I highly recommend he expands his business in the Fayetteville area you will do well anywhere in the city. We traveled 10+ miles to use your laundry.

I had one of those laundry today or naked tomorrow days, so I had to do something quick. I checked Unilocal for a coin laundry and this place stuck out. For starters I realized this building had been vacant for years and had become an eyesore, so I was happy to see someone had turned into something useful to the community. Due to Unilocal I saw they had extra large washers and dryers and that was what I needed desperately, so off I went.
I was pleased to see the parking lot fixed and the interior looking new. Whoever has this business put a lot of money into it.
It’s clean with wifi and lots of tvs. There is even a desk!
The staff is friendly and the large machines were a god send.
Oh and best of all. Most machines will take debit and credit cards.
One draw back. It’s hot! They could turn the AC down a bit more. I sweated my butt off.

I guess is hard to put a review on a place like this. However sometimes you wish somebody had.
What would make a coin laundry have a positive or negative review. Then I started to think about it.
Would it be clean and spacious facilities. Or would it be depend on how modern or the quality of the laundry equipment. What about the service or available entertainment. Is free Wi-​Fi help.
Well this place has all the above.
By the way while I was writing this review the friendly attendant brought me a punched frequent user card good for a free wash upon completion.

Excellent service! I travel a lot and appreciate a professional drop off facility. Cloths were returned, washed and folded, in a beautiful package for a very reasonable price. I give this place a «10» since it’s the best I’ve seen of its kind over the last 8 years. I had a «Wow» reaction when walking out of the place and that says it all. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates quality & service.
