My family and I have been coming here for nearly a year. Me, my husband and teenage son all take Krav Maga, and my youngest 2 take the kid’s karate classes. We have learned so much here and we have fun while working out and learning the best self defense that I have ever seen. We also really enjoy the special training courses such as the Israeli Combat shooting classes. Everyone is so friendly and the place is family oriented. No juiced up– pumped up meatballs ready to smash heads here. This is truly a respectful no-​ego zone and I love it.
