Yuck. Everything is covered in mayo and covered in salt. Way too salty, but the delivery is prompt, I’ll give them that. That’s the only thing that saves this place from being a 1, because the sandwich is like eating a styrofoam wafer covered in salt.

Delivery was fast and workers were friendly, however the sandwich was not the best. The lettuce did not taste fresh and almost tasted rotten.

Some people just love to complain just to complain — Anyways — my jimmy johns experience was excellent came in after a movie ordered my sandwich the employees were very attentive and patient-no complaints. Be sure to read the little signs they have posted around the shop — the sprouts they were saying can cause stomach upset — I don’t know how true that is but thanks for the heads up I’ll also do my research — oh and did you know that you can get just one sandwhich delivered… lol maybe one day:)

Good enough sandwich and like they say, freaky fast. Walked in with ten people and they charged through our orders pronto!

I must say my first jj experience sucked. I ran in to get a quick sandwich before going to a movie wanted something light ordered a jj blt had to be the worst thing i have ever eatin. I know right how do you screw up bacon well they did. It was like eating a ball of lettuce covered in salt and freezing cold. Wont ever go back there yuck

Love how fast they are. Reasonable in price and sandwiches are always fresh and delicious. I can always count on my lunch to be ready even though I’m just five minutes away from the store.

Me and my boyfriend really wanted to visit Jimmy Johns because we always hear the adverts on the radio and think they are hilarious! Have to say I was not impressed. I ordered a turkey sub and I asked for some extra stuff on it like yellow mustard, cucumbers, tomatoes, and cheese… I literally got a sub with just turkey, lettuce, and dijon mustard… I HATE dijon mustard. Then I ordered a drink and the guy didn’t give me a cup… He just charged me and walked away until 3 minutes later some girl came up and was like«Can I help you???» and i was like… yeah I just payed for a drink can i have a cup? And she handed me a cup without saying a word. Awkward! Atleast the food came out fast! I probably would’ve liked it if it had what I asked for on it but I didn’t even want to send it back because I was kind of in a bad mood from the attitude that girl gave me):

This is a horrible sandwich — there is nothing«gourmet» about it — subway had better sandwiches — service was fast but who cares when the sandwiches are horrible. I will never go back and I cannot recommend this at all — don’t waste your money !!!

Jimmy John’s has been the go to spot for my family when we are craving a Jersey style sub. My personal favorite is the gargantuan. Even though they only offer one size sub, they are sure to fill you right up. If you are looking to sit down, I wouldn’t recommend going during lunch break for bragg as there will be no seating left.

My son and husband love this place and I can’t understand why! When I took my son, I ordered the Italian sub. When I opened it, there was hardly any meat and even less vinaigrette. When I asked the girl behind the counter for some extra vinaigrette, she said NO. I said excuse me? And I asked her again. She said NO. I was dumbfounded and not expecting this answer. I asked if should could possibly put some in a small cup and she said she couldn’t. I told her that I’m not only a customer but a pharmaceutical sales rep that orders lunch from all over town. I will NEVER use this establishment and I will tell my friends that are pharmaceutical sales reps NOT to use them either. This place SUCKS! I recommend Jersey Mike’s!!!

I love the subs here. They are very flavorful. And just like their radio ads, they are«freaky fast.» I usually get my haircut at the great clips right next door and then come to Jimmy Johns. I paid cash for the sub and the sub was almost ready before the teller gave me my change back. I know they have an app, but haven’t checked it out because they are fast enough when you just go in and order.

The sandwiches are made super fast and they’re consistently good. There’s a wide variety of sandwiches and ingredients to put in the sandwiches. I’m up for any sandwich with guac! Day old bread is $ 0.45 so that’s awesome for people who like stale bread or need old bread for croutons, bread pudding, etc. The music is a little loud so sometimes it’s tough to hear the cashier. The establishment is clean and the staff are friendly, so that’s great. Parking can be a hassle especially during lunch but overall, JJ’s is a great place for a really quickly made meal.

Got the #14 Roast beef and Turkey. There was one slice of meat per, and when I asked about it the answer I got was«thats how it comes». So I paid $ 9 for a combo of bread. They didn’t try to fix the problem just shrugged it off. WILLNEVERGOBACK!

Best place for subs in Fayetteville. Lots of subs to chose from. The bread is delicious. Plus– they really are fast! I’ve never been waiting for my subs more than 5 minutes.

Excellent sandwiches. Music so FREAKIN’ LOUD the cashier couldnt hear me. Hard to talk to each other. I asked the manager to turn it down«a little.» She said thats the atmosphere at Jimmy Johns. At least i think thats what she said.

I ordered at a different time of day than I usually come, and had a terrible experience. My sandwiches were SOGGYSOGGYSOGGY just 5 minutes after I got them, and the amount of mayo they put in it was just… insulting. There was ridiculously SOMUCHMAYO that it was dripping out everywhere. It was DISGUSTING. Hell yeah, I still ate it! But seriously, I was extremely disappointed, and even though I had better experiences here before, I might not come back.

I usually hate cold cut sandwiches, but I happened to fall in love with their #5 Sandwich called the Vito. It’s yummy and they are super fast when I am super hungry. I always get my sandwich with a Jalepeno kettle chips and always ask that they not hollow out my bread. Great sandwiches. They do deliver in the area, but delivery area is very limited, so call and ask if you fall within their delivery area.

I went back to this place. Well, actually, I didn’t go back. I got delivery. And I have to say, maybe I was a bit premature on my first review. I have gotten subs delivered a couple of times since then and they have been pretty good. More meat than when I went the first time. And, they just taste better than what I had the first time. I still wish they would toast the bread on their sandwiches, and they need to cut the sandwiches in half. On-line ordering is very easy. I can’t believe how fast they have gotten my orders delivered! So, now I have another place to get food when I’m at work. Oh yeah. One more thing, I have yet to get any napkins when I have ordered for delivery. Come on guys, how ’bout some napkins!!!

We have been there 3 times since they opened last month. On the first VisitI jumped 2 feet in the air when they all screamed«welcome to Jimmy John’s» at me as we walked through the door. It was ridiculous, like the Awful Waffle. I tried the Big John(roast beef) and I was a little stunned by the fact that you have to pay $ 1 extra for a paper thin layer of provalone. It was cut so thin that I don’t even see how they sliced it so thin. On the second visit I got a California Club. It was pretty good but the sprouts tasted strong and I had half left over for lunch the next day and it was nasty and wet when I opened it up. On the third visit I got a Country Club and same thing happened to this one it was water soaked the next day for lunch so maybe it was not the sprouts, maybe it was the lettuce? Or is it the turkey meat that makes the sandwich so soggy by the next day? The sprouts still tasted weird. The husband seems to really like the Tuna so maybe next time I will try that. I hate that they lay your sandwiches up on the counter and it’s up to you to reach over for a bag and bag your own food. I mean REALLY? at least tell me what the process is so I don’t look like an idiot when I say«oh ours was to go» and you look at me like I am crazy and tell me the bags are right there. ** UPDATE*** I have been back 5 times since the previous reviews it is still not my first choice but the husband seems to enjoy this place so I am stuck. Every single time you order a sub they ask you. «You Do you realize we no longer have sprouts.» WTF? You saw me in here twice last week, so put some damn tape over the word sprouts then, its been MONTHS since you have not had them and you say you will never have them again so??? I have been ordering the #6 Veggie subs since I went vegan recently. I get them without mayonnaise or cheese(I try anyway– read on) and you would think they would compensate with a few extra shreds of lettuce or toss a couple of extra cucumber slices on there to make it look like it actually had something on there but NO. In fact… here is the interesting part… The first time I ordered one, it automatically came WITHOUT mayonnaise on it and no cheese. So the next time I ordered one it had cheese on it and no avocado, The third one had mayonnaise LOTSOFIT and cheese but no avocado, the fourth had avocado no mayonnaise and no cheese. Today I asked for a number 6 no mayonnaise. What I opened up was … no mayonnaise, and it was cut in half. ?? why was it cut in half? I asked because at first I thought it had no avocado either since it had such a small smear of avocado. She said«I do not know why they cut it. The avocado is supposed to be put in between the cheese.» My reply«why is my sandwich cut in half, but and his is not?» «I don’t know, maybe it said on the receipt to cut it». ====OH I see… so now I know when I go in there I have to say… «a number 6, no mayo and since I do not eat cheese(Vegan) can you put the avocado on it maybe on the bread? and please resist the urge to cut my sandwich in half I am not a toddler.» Looks to me like you are about to get whatever the person making the sammich likes. Good luck I will PASSPHOTOS of the receipt and the sammiches are attached because I have PROOF that NOBODY told anyone to cut the freakin sandwich. Know what? I am not dealing with this nonsense. Bottom line I do NOT recommend this place.
