ZEROSTARS! I didn’t even make it in the office and the service was horrible. They called and told me they were out of united healthcare network therefore i stated that i actually paid extra on my insurance in order to go to out of network physicians. The lady AMY stated she didn’t care and they expected me to pay half of the costs up front. I asked her to call to verify my benefits because i couldn’t afford to do that and she again stated that they wouldn’t even call to verify benefits of coverage and they wanted half up front. I again said that since they refused that i would call united healthcare and have them call the office and again i got shot down. Amy again said i would be forced to pay up front and i had to ask the insurance company to reimburse me. I’m so angry because i was referred to Dr Serrano because he’s the only dr I town ego deals with EBV and treatment plans. Is this even legal for them to do???

This office is horrible we have been sitting here for about 25 minutes and their is now 8 people including me in this office yet not one person has been called in the back. The service in front is horrible! They didn’t have my address on file even though I filled out a ton of paperwork last week! They asked me a zillion questions about my insurance when tricare faxed every single thing over they needed! If you get referred here try your best to switch it! They are absolutely horrible!

Probably the worst place you could ever be referred to by tricare. People at the front desk are extremely rude and act like they are doing you a favor rather than their job. Their record keeping is atrocious. After multiple visits they still don’t have my gielfriend’s address on file. Kind of makes me wonder what type of service she is actually getting. The nurse that she was seen by was very nice but barely spoke English. My fault for not speaking German. I thought we were in America where our national language is Spanish and not English or German. The nurse’s handwriting was also so terrible that the pharmacy could not understand it and we had to return the the neurologists office multiple times to get the script rewritten. Never saw a PA or doctor either. If you are in the military and referred to this office ask tricare for another referral.
