I always loved going to Guitar Center, especially to try out new kinds of guitars(stuff that I probably wouldn’t buy, but then that one crazy one would come along that I just had to have) and they were always real cool about it. However, the last few times I went, the employees have been anywhere from«Meh, I don’t actually care about you or your money» to «I’ll give you this guitar to try, but I’m doing this ’cause I am a nice guy and you better treat me that way ORELSE…». In general, they all seem a little aloof and pretty sore.(However, kudos to Heath, who is the only reason I ever went back after the first bad experience. He is excellent, helpful and very friendly) I would recommend to stay away from this store(unless it’s for strings or something), and bite the bullet and drive to the one on Northeast Expressway, the people are much more competent and the selection is better.

I’ve been going to this store for about two years now and actually really enjoy the staff there. Steve Quick and Jake are always very helpful and friendly and the guitar tech, Jerry Lucas does the repairs or restring while I wait. This is the best guitar Center in the Atlanta area from my experience. The accessory department there is really good.

I have spend well in to the tens of thousands of dollars at guitar center, but NOMORE !!! The last three orders I have place with them have either been delayed or out of stock. but you better bet your ass that they had no problem taking my money asap and i had to fight tooth and nail for them to make it right which only resulted in them offering a pathetic $ 25 gift card on my next purchase. Are you kidding?! As a musician, I buy when I need and I need when I buy. Delays cost me money and time. DON’T GETSCREWEDBYTHEBIGCORPORATIONFOLKS!!! USEEBAY, CRAIGSLIST.COMORYOURLOCALMOM&POPSHOP… Guitar Center Sucks!!!

Guitar strings, drum heads, and microphones to boot. Huge selection and you can always find a great deal. They have a repair shop and can order or fix most guitars. They also have a huge selection of guitar amps. If you need some guitars strings or something now, then this is the place to go. They also have free classes so check online or give them a call.

I have been doing business with Guitar Center in Fayetteville for about two years. I really like the store and the employees. Michelle and Keith are who I normally deal with and they are great. But all the staff are friendly and they don’t mind if you get«touchy-feely» with the gear. Sure is nice to try it before you buy it. I have only had one incident where I needed to exchange a defective item, and they did it even though it was over the 30 day time period. Great selection of new gear plus a fair selection of used stuff. Prices are good, too. Go buy something and you’ll see. .. you’ll be happy
