Small farmers market with out a lot of stalls of fruit, veggies, or typical marker items. Two vegetables stalls, two bee honey stalls, one meat peddling stall.

It was small, but the people were friendly. Many of them did take credit cards; actually, I think the majority did. One of the merchants had purple basil, which I’d never seen before.

This is an update of my previous review. The market is growing, and more importantly, they now have local meat options from vendors like Our Father’s Farm and Butler Angus Ranch, who sell grass-fed beef, stewing chickens, lamb, etc. It is not easy to find good quality meat in Fayetteville, so the market is a must-visit!

Open Wednesday evening and Saturday morning. The selection can be a bit sparse sometimes, but if you are looking for eggs Lamar has top quality at a great price!
