Enterprise Car Sales & Truck Rentals

I’m in the military and recently used this location to facilitate a training exercise. The truck that we rented wasn’t fully serviced and inhibited our movement to our training site, this consumed our valuable time. Before leaving we decided to call road side assistance to resolve the mechanical issues with the truck and a representative came to our site and told us the truck had been deadlined due to improper and infrequent maintenance. This would surely inhibit our ability to return home on schedule, so we contacted enterprise and asked they could send a new truck to our location, which they refused. Then, we asked to have the truck delivered to our nearest location, which they also refused. This seemed unexpectedly difficult and time consuming for us, especially after being away from our families for some time and this would only extend our stay. Their staff’s refusal to help, coupled with their total apathy to help us, left us no options and only through 24 hours of phone conversations and being put on hold, did they reluctantly agree to drop a new truck off, at a location a great distance from our training area. This company has shown inept problem solving skills, no competence for maintaining their vehicles, a complete disregard for customer satisfaction, and lastly, and most dis concerning, is their inability to work with military personnel in anyway, which disrupted our training. I would assume a company, founded in America, benefiting from the American way of life, would attempt to support the men and women who sacrifice a great deal each and every day for businesses to have the prosperity they enjoy. Instead, they were only effective in debilitating our operations, because they selfishly took all of the aforementioned American life they live for granted. If you support the United States of America, the military who fights for it’s rights, and ideas of proper business practices, then I would stray away from using this location or any enterprise rental establishment, ever.

I would not recommend renting a moving truck from this place. My friends and I rented a truck from this place to move furniture to Florida and not only are their trucks in terrible condition (holes in the roof patched with duct tape which still leak all over your stuff) but their maintenance must be lacking because ours wouldn’t go over 60 MPH on I95 and eventually broke down. When enterprise sent out someone for roadside assistance they told us that not only was it the dirtiest engine they’d seen, but that there was actually garbage under the hood. The mechanics could not get it working so enterprise said they would replace the truck with another. However that took an entire day, stranding us in Florida with no means of transportation. On top of that they also refused to drop it off at my location (near the broken down vehicle) and instead forced me to find a ride to one of their offices where the vehicle was being delivered. All throughout this nightmare the management kept changing their story from getting a replacement the next morning, to a few hours later, to a day later, which did nothing but keep us from turning to a better company from which to rent another truck. I wish there was an option for negative stars because this place deserves it. Do yourself a favor and go with anyone else. Building your own vehicle out of Popsicle sticks would probably get you there more reliably.

Great customer service! Didn’t have the truck size or dolly that I needed to they upgraded me for the cost of the vehicle I needed, hassle free. I was in and out and doing what I needed to do quickly. Best place in Fayetteville to rent a truck! The professionalism was great and they knew their trucks!
