Elite Cleaners

I’m giving Elite cleaners two stars because they picked up and dropped off on schedule.
I’m here in Fayetteville for medical treatment. Doing laundry was taking up a lot of time. When one has fibromyalgia. There’s a lot of pain and fatigue. Doing laundry isn’t always easy.
I called Elite cleaners for wash and fold services.
Thinking a professional cleaners was going to launder and fold my clothes. I didn’t feel I needed to tell them to read labels or give instruction on folding. They asked if I needed hangers. As it was casual attire. I told them no.
Again, I assumed a professional establishment that offers wash and fold services could get the job done.
I left my laundry for them at my hotel front desk. In a laundry bag. I received it back in a plastic bag in that laundry bag. All my clothes folded as if a 5 year old folded them. Shorts and t shirts. Wrinkled. No care at all in folding. Ok I wasn’t happy.
It wasn’t until today when I realized a shirt they washed had shrunk and had beads on it. The beads are on everything. Not suppose to be dried in a dryer. Did they not read the label? I’ve got two pairs of yoga pants that are too short now. Did they throw everything in one washer and dryer. Is there a LOW setting? I’ve got beads on everything.
I have no doubt this place might do great dry cleaning.
But I’d watch out for their wash and fold services.
They can’t fold, and obviously washing according to a label isn’t their strong suit either. When in doubt. Call the customer (not for hangers. For instructions)

The one shirt I gave them to clean I received back torn. When I went to pick up my shirt they could not find it for 15 minutes then told me it wasn’t ready when they said it would and for me to come back. Still took a while to find my shirt. The girl who helped me was very unprofessional and impatient too. I would not trust them with higher end clothing. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Been going here for years and Ryan always takes great care of us. With as much cleaning as we take in, sometimes accidents happen, but Ryan always makes sure we’re happy in the end. Great place and friendly help.

Great place. Clothes come back perfect.
