As a Salvadorean this place satisfies up to the point. The pupusas are good and the curtido is by far my favorite. My family runs a Salvadorean restaurant, so I miss the food. However, this restaurant has good food and the prices are not that bad. The tamal de elote needs a lot of work, it was too dry. My husband ordered the carne asada plate and it seemed okay and there was nothing memorable about it. Our favorite drinks are the tamarindo and marañon. So i would recommend this place for those craving a little taste of home. But my mom’s cooking is better hands down.(^_^)

Food appeared to be cooked/fried in cold cooking oil. Ive spent some time in El Salvador, the country as a whole is not known for its delicacies.

I ate here for the first time today, I ordered the steak with rice and beans and honestly it was very average. The texture and flavor of the steak reminded me of Waffle House meat, it looked like they didn’t put any effort at all to make it. In the other hand I also ordered their deep fried plantains with beans and sour crème, plantains were delicious they were soft and crispy. All well as their beans, cheese and pork Popusas. You guys have to try them! I got to say they’re the best ones I’ve eaten in the very long.

Well I am not sure about the food, I have been waiting on a soup for about 20 min. I just got my soup and took it home. It was great, my wife was sick but she feels so much better now.

A great place for Salvadoran food. Prices are reasonable, menu has a good selection. Make sure to try the pupusas or you’re missing out on one of the yummiest foods of Central America! Food has always come out quickly and service has been good.

My son husband and I came in to get a bite to eat and it was great! everything was delicious and I was very surprised, our waiter was very polite and she loved the fact that we loved the food! Garlic steak, roast beef and the rice and beans with a side salad is what we ate!

The food is good. I can say pretty authentic since there’s no English menu. We ordered couple different kinds of pupusas. They tasted good. I will definitely go back again and give more detailed reviews.

This place is really tasty and the menu is big. I wouldn’t recommend the tex-mex version of the menu(carne guisada) but it’s still tasty. I’d go back here.

I was pleasently surprised at how tasty the food was. My first El Salvadorian food and I am not fluent in Spanish so I am glad my friend could translate the menu. The pupusas were delicious, the entres had a nice flavor and the platanos were as good as any. I will definitely add this place to my rotation

I’m originally from California and my Salvadorian wife introduced me to pupusas. I didn’t know there was such a restaurant till this weekend. I enjoyed my visit here very much. The food, the service, the atmosphere, remind me of home. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best food/value I’ve found in Fayetteville, NC. The pupusas are excellent and will only cost you $ 1.50. Two of them easily fill me up, but if you decide you need three it will only cost you $ 4.50. Try the fried plantains as an appetizer to prepare your taste buds. They also have a full menu that I’ve posted some pictures of. Horchata or some beer can round out your meal.
