Ed’s Tire & Auto Service

I’ve been to Ed’s several times for minor work on my vehicles and also one (unexpected) major problem. They are always very professional in their work and work very quickly. It’s a wonder how dealerships get any business when you have guys like these around.

I came into Ed’s Tire and Auto by chance when I first rolled into town, and I’m so glad I did. I can’t even begin to say how GREAT their service is and always has been. They took care of what we needed that night for a very reasonable price, so we kept coming back.
Each time I was away and my wife had issues with our car, she brought it in to Ed’s Tire and Auto. A few times we were worried about what the bill would be (our car is old and has given us plenty of mileage) and we have NEVER felt like we overpaid for anything. They’re hands-​down good, honest people. We now only recommend them and only bring our cars into them.
You’re greeted with a genuine, «how-​ya-​doin» smile when you walk in and Roy, the manager, is just a pleasant person. When we were car shopping last year we brought a local car in for them to take a look at for us. We trust their opinion and know they’re not going to bullshit us to get service down the line if our car breaks down. They were honest and thankfully showed us everything wrong with that car (and boy you should have seen the list of things that were covered up by the seller!). Needless to say, they saved us a TON of money with that lemon.

Firstly, I just want to say that I’ve been coming to this specific Ed’s Tire location for over 7 years. Roy (the manager) has always been kind and has been in this business for a long time so he knows what he’s talking about. Most of the people I see coming in have been coming for years as well, so that should say something about the quality and level of service.
They’re always accommodating to anything I need and have been a better deal compared to other nearby places. Like any auto shop, they are busy so I suggest going first thing in the morning or having a friend pick you up unless you want to wait. The lobby is small, but there is a TV, vending machines and some magazines to keep you entertained. The only thing I
