Direct Auto & Life Insurance

Sad to report this review, because I actually believe the professionals at this local office in Fayetteville have great customer service and professionalism. But this review is purely due to having a HORRIBLE experience dealing with the claims department and adjuster after I got into an accident and had to actually use the insurance I have consistently paid since being with Direct for almost 2 years. People say «you never really know how good your insurance is until you get in an accident». Well I can officially say Direct is NOT GOOD at all, I had to deal with no communication, calling all over to get some type of response from the adjuster, getting my own rental and paying out of pocket for rental, when my policy included rental (a month later since accident and still have no re-​embursement yet), and consistent run around through most of the month. Yes it took a MONTH for my vehicle to be repaired, not due to the body shop (the body shop was great and took 4 days to actually complete body, paint and mechinical-​everything done), it was waiting on Direct’s claim/​adjuster «professionals» that held up the repairs.
Obviously I am changing my car insurance ASAP.
