Dental One is great. I bring my six year-​old there, and the staff is so energetic and friendly. He had to get an x-​ray done, and it took my son a couple of tries, but they were so patient with him. Their dentists are top notch, and take their time with patients. Whenever we go there it is a positive experience and I can feel confident about my son’s dental health.

Dental One Associates Of Fayetteville, GA treated my 78-​year-​old mother horribly. First, one of the workers there got up, rushed over, and stuck her finger in her face over a conversation that was not unpleasant and did not involve her. Second, Dental One charged her for «not cancelling an appointment on time» YET, they made her WAIT for two hours beyond the time they were supposed to help her. Avoid Dental One at all costs, they’re not good business people and they’re completely mean service people.

We love our dentist! I know doctors and dentists can be one of the stinky things to find when you go somewhere new, so I decided I oughta make a comment about a good one. When we first moved here, we tried another place that was pretty awful… lots of recommendations that insurance mysteriously wouldn’t cover… even though I’d never had a cavity in my life. Not an issue at Dental One!
We see Dr. Homer and even my father-​in-​law, who has never liked anyone in a white coat, likes her. She did a ton of work on my husband’s teeth (all of which was unquestionably needed) and did a great job. Cindy is my hygenist and she’s good, friendly and a true professional.
They do have a tendancy to run late, but it’s worth the wait to know you are getting good care and not getting ripped off.
