I am writing for more the liquor store… I come hear every holiday! Has a good selection of liquor, wine and beer and has a good mixture of mixers.
Even lemon, limes etc.
During the holiday’s they have all the gift packages with the cheesy glasses and rocks glasses in a box with the liquor associated with the product.
I came in the day before Thanksgiving to «stock up» for the family events. got the typical things.
Took it to the counter and the lady could not be bothered to stop talking on the phone to ring me up… honestly, not even to pause her conversation, set down the cell down and ring up my order. Y
Yes, I know working the holiday season can suck but at least take a moment in time to stop, ring up my order and say a simple thanks.
My family has businesses in the area and I know finding good quality employees can be difficult but come one people… some basic customer service training.
I will continue to go there unless I bring my liquor in my travels because WV has the highest state tax on booze I have ever seen… honestly 3 times the normal cost!
