College Shoe Shop

Excellent service. I live in Little Rock but had to travel to Fayetteville for business. I took a pair of Santoni shoes that had a scuff mark on the end, and College Shoe Shop was able to fix the scuff mark while I waited. They also installed toe caps (?) under the shoes to prevent the soles from wearing too thin. Customer service was fantastic and beat my expectations.

Needed my boots stitched up and everyone told me to go to Bentonville, but I’ve never been happy with them. Drove down from Anderson MO and so glad I did. All of our repairs will be done at College Shoe Shop from now on. Hate to think of all the shoes I’ve pitched because Bentonville messed them up.

I have taken shoes, leather skirts, leather jackets, leather pants, purses; fixed, restored, stretched, dyed, it doesn’t matter what the item needs, it always comes back in perfect condition! They are honest, quick, friendly, and I would never go anywhere else! I now live out of state, and still send all my items back home so I know they are in the best hands!

Great work. Friendly and helpful staff. I had my purse dyed and have gotten a lot of compliments. I have had leather shoes dyed and they wore beautifully. They have a lot of work boots in stock and seem to do a lot of work boot business. I have observed them being very helpful to customers looking for work boots.

I Have had my leather long coat repaired there multiple times. The service was quick and the repairs good. If there was ever a problem with anything they have repaired they always made it right at no additional cost and with consideration to my schedule. I also went in to have my boots resoled (he even alerted me to Redwing’s manufacturer guarantee on the soles which allowed me me to have my boots replaced rather than repaired! and sent my boots back to the manufacture at no cost to me and when they came in (they aren’t made in the colour I wanted) He dyed them for me and has touched up them up a few times since when they start to show wear.
They also modified my knee high New Rock Boots to fit me better and Resoled another pair making them into platforms, all with the same standard of service. I don’t usually use phrases like «commitment to excellence» when describing businesses but in this case I don’t think its overstating things. Since I’ve moved out of state and I find it hard to go to another cobbler after being spoiled by College Shoe Repair.

I’ve been back there to have boots repaired, a boot stretched, patches sewn on my motorcycle vest, and a custom job… every single job came out impressively done. Prices VERY reasonable. If you aren’t satisfied with the results of a project, NO PROBLEM! The owner of this shop is one class act professional with great skill.
Out of ALL the businesses I have come to know in Fayetteville and Springdale, this guy is the best.
