This place is alright. The free drink you get is kinda a whack deal because they don’t let you add boba, and it has to be a small(none of which is stated on the punch card). I only complain because other places are a lot more generous with their punch cards. Customer service is good, though. Drinks are a little too sweet.

Not sure how this place still gets fours stars. I haven’t been here for a while because my last experience wasn’t great. I decided to give them another shot. BIG mistake. HUGE!!! I ordered hot lavender milk tea with boba and sweet potato fries. The only flavor my tea had was sweet and more sweet even though I had asked them to make it less sweet. The sweet potato fries were greasy and soggy. It was way under cooked and some of them even tasted raw. It was another huge disappointment. Just because you blast some Chinese music in the store doesn’t make your tea more Chinese. I will advise anyone who wants decent boba tea stay away from this joint. This place basically sells over priced flavored water. I will not come back again.

I’ve given this place several chances and they’re drinks are seriously lacking flavor. I had one good experience but the rest were not enjoyable. The first time I went I ordered a Thai snow bubble smoothie and it was perfect. However, I’ve gone two additional times and asked to order a Thai boba smoothie and I was told they were out of Thai tea and that it takes 5 days to make it? So I opted for a honey dew smoothie and a caramel latte smoothie. Both were soo watery and tasted like nothing! I was pretty upset that I spent 11 bucks on two drinks that had no flavor, I should have gone to LOL on Yadkin, their boba is so much more flavorful and you get much more bang for your buck. The first time we went a young guy made our drinks and they were excellent, but in our following visits they were made by a female employee. Perhaps she does not make drinks very well? Their customer service is great, but I’m not paying for watered down drinks. I’ll be returning t my usual spot LOL Coffee and Tea.

Over $ 5 for a regular bubble tea is crazy price. It’s black tea and milk. Taste is good, but don’t think I’ll go back for the tea.

I had a mango black tea with lychee jelly and spicy popcorn chicken. The drink didnt even taste like tea but more like mango syrup. it was so sweet. the spicy popcorn was actually not bad, very spicy but good. I would come back for the popcorn chicken. I’ll give it another try with the drinks but my first time drinking bubble tea here and its not that great.

The boba and snacks here are ok. I find the main location a little out of the way but there’s a location inside the mall as well. I’m more likely to order a boba from the mall location for convenience. The menu items and snacks are typical of other boba places. I didn’t see much of a special menu and the employees took awhile to take orders and make drinks.

On a business trip and find this little store in town. It was amazing! I tasted their Jasmine Milk Tea and felt in love with it! It is better than the ones I had in NY. The staff were very helpful. The environment is clean and creative! There are little chalk boards on the tables. Many creative drawings! It would be a nice place to hang out with friends after work and during weekends. I didnt try their Food Combo, Because I just ate. But I will come back later for it!

Bubble tea done right! I always make time to stop by Bubble Tea Express when i’m in down. I was actually pretty surprised originally to find a place like this tucked in the slightly rundown Westwood shopping center in Fayetteville. The area has never really been known for it’s unique food or drinks, tending to stay more on the chain side… But Bubble Tea Express was a very pleasant surprise! The second you walk in you’re greeted kindly and offered help with the extensive menu. They pretty much have any time of bubble tea /Thai tea you could think of, as well as a variety of boba and popping bubbles to add to your drink! I’ve never had anything i’ve disliked from the menu, but if you’re new to the whole bubble tea it may help to so some research before hand since the flavors are very strong and a few may be off putting if you’re not used to them! PS: There is also a kiosk version of Bubble Tea Express at Cross Creek Mall(I think it’s in front of Forever 21 but I could be wrong). Definately check it out if you’re there!

I love bubble tea express. Their drinks do not taste like they used cheap flavors. My favorite is the honey dew milk tea with rainbow jelly. The boba is good as well. The taro milk tea is also delicious. You can even ask them to cut some of the sugar and the drink still taste great. Usually when I go there I spend a little time in the restaurant playing games with my children. There are lots of little puzzles and games that are fun for kids. Also there are some chairs outside that are really nice to sit in in the spring or fall.

Clean facility with quick service. The only reason why I didn’t get give them five stars is the smell. Try the squid balls hot. If you have a cold, it’ll definitely open up your sinuses.

Go to this place every time I go to Fayetteville. I’m from Wilmington so there’s no Bubble Tea place and this place is a must for me to fill my crave. Price is decent taste is good. Don’t let the boba scare you. If you get a flavor you don’t like try a different one because if you don’t like bubble tea then theirs something wrong with you

So happy to have a Boba tea place in Fayetteville. They are awesome. Lots of flavors to choose from. Lots of different teas and drinks. I quite like the honeydew milk tea with Boba. Also the squid ball is a must try. They have mild, medium, hot, spicy, or no spice. Medium is good for me.

The boba here is okay. Nothing to gawk over, but it isn’t entirely bad. Every time I went in the wait was long and the workers are kind of rude. I always feel rushed to make a decision. I don’t really remember there being a lot of selections. Overall, it’s okay.

Absolutely delicious and they are always friendly when I go in. YUM! A nice small little place with a few games and books. To me it feels like a small town coffee shop but with a larger variety of drinks. Also they have hot drinks now too so even if it’s cold outside you can still get drinks that I think taste better than Starbucks.

One of the few places in Fayetteville to get bubble tea! I grew up on the stuff. My only complaint is that they are super super slow, and did anyone notice a weird toxic chemical smell? I love taro(purple color and tastes like vanilla), yakult flavor and also milk tea. Double boba please!!!

Originally from California and longed for bubble tea. Then I found this place of happiness. They have a variety of drinks, hot and cold. They have regular boba and flavored popping boba! I typically get the lychee flavored green tea with popping lychee boba but if this is your first time trying it, I suggest thai tea(with or without boba.) They also have stamp cards, with every 10 stamps you get a free drink. Truly love this place. They also opened a stand at the Cross Creek mall right across from the Express store.

This place is da winnahz. As a hawaii boy this is as close to home as it gets. This place is cheaper than if you were to get it at a Phở restaurant. Small was 3.99 and upgrade to large was only 0.55 more! There is also the option for jelly or popping boba with additional charge. I shared a large snow honeydew/yogurt popping boba with my daughter and the wife had a iced vanilla latte with boba. Boy did it remind me of the boba back in the islands. The store was clean and staff was helpful, they let me sample some popping boba! Definitely will be coming back for more!

Had my first bubble tea experience last night. I got the traditional milk tea with boba jellies. The cashier did a good job explaining everything. I know I’ll be more adventurous my next time around. I read another review on here that said their large only had about 15 jellies that were cut in half. Mine had way more, I slurped quite a few down while drinking, and then after the liquid was all gone, I physically counted 23. So probably around 35 total. That review was from 2 years ago. Lots of neat flavors, and I think I’m going to do something with the flavored green tea and fruit boba. No word on the food. I also love that it’s got that sealed lid thing which is great for travel. I’ll be back and will give updated review on the adventurous tastes.

Bubble Tea! Here! in Podunk North Carolina! Yes please. I got the Taro with the Bobas and supersized that piece to a grande. It’s had enough sustenance to pass for lunch. So good, taste just like Fruity Peebles.
