First off I would like to say that the technicians who came out to my home were very polite well organized and clean with that being said their work was fast and neatly done however they replaced two capacitors one at my outside unit one on my inside unit they cleaned my inside unit and tried to upsell me on a brand new unit their pricing is crazy for everything they did they had to resort to a chart to determine the pricing /​part but items done so therefore he do two items is $ 169 I ended up spending almost $ 900 for the work that got done in the long run I was grateful because I thought I would not have to replace my unit right away and in the spirit of honesty I have to say my unit is 22 years old less than a week later the AC broke down I called them again they informed me if they would come out and take a look if it was found to be their fault they would fix it for free if it was found to be anything else it would be $ 169 I decided not to gamble and I called someone else who came to my home fixed my unit replacing two capacitors one on the outside one on the inside that all seasons have replaced they were the wrong size for the unit I have my unit works fine now despite its age I will never do business with all seasons again nor can I encourage anyone to do business with him either just talking to them on the phone is likely to cost you money as that is one item.
