Air Born Aerial Fitness

As a Fayetteville native and someone who has been a fan (and friend!) of Air Born Aerial for YEARS, I finally decided to try it myself after purchasing a pack of classes at the SportsExpo. I purchased the Intro to Aerials (a requirement), Beginners Class, and Aerial Yoga.
At the time of this review, I have just completed my Intro to Aerials class and am signed up for my beginners and yoga class to be completed in the next week!
The best word to describe this class would be: Awesome!
Zahra was extremely helpful and I was lucky enough that I was in a class of just me, myself and I. She instructed me through the warm up exercises, explained to me how to do the different exercises and showing me how to do them before leaving me to try on my own. She had no problem showing me a particular move more than once and guided me through some of the exercises to make sure I was where I needed to be. In my first class, I successfully learned the warm up exercises and she taught me how to «climb» the tissue. I was pretty proud of myself for being able to get almost to the top, haha!
I recommend this class to anyone who is interested in fitness, performing, has seen someone perform and thought «Could I do that??» — Zahra was very helpful as an instructor and I know one of the other instructors personally and well enough to know that they know what they are doing!
A+++ for Air Born Aerial!

I was so excited to try aerial silks for the first time; the instructors here were so supportive and knowledgeable that I always felt safe. While looking through photos it made me smile to see how many of them you can see Zahra in, guiding me and my friends through each step.
The instructors knew exactly how far to push me so I always felt challenged but not overwhelmed! Zahra made sure I walked away so tired I could barely drive home, but it was always worth it to know what I had accomplished that day.
I had to move away after only two lessons, but in those lessons they really instilled in me an enduring love of the aerial arts!
