Horrible customer service! Brought my 2015 Toyota Tundra with a leveling kit to be aligned. They charged me $ 50 and aligned my truck. Immediately after the alignment, my steering wheel was still off center and my truck rode rough. They told me they aligned it to Toyota’s specs. My $ 300 tires are now worn below 20% tread, after 2 months, and my mechanic said it was an improper alignment. I called Farmington tire to let them know and they said they don’t have the specs for a Toyota with a leveling kit. Why did they perform the alignment if they weren’t capable??? I told Frank the manager, that I was an unhappy customer, and I just wanted them to make it right. He told me, they guarantee their alignments, but not with lift kits… why didn’t somebody say that when I got the truck aligned? He then told me «I know what you want, but you’re not going to get it!» Thanks Frank, for your impeccable customer service. I called Nate, the boss, the next day. Nate also told me they weren’t warranting it. Then he said«I’ll help you out, what does 2 tires cost?» I said«$ 600» he said«no way, I’m not buying you $ 600 tires, you should have had the truck aligned somewhere else». Thanks Nate, you just told me your business sucks! He then told me that Toyota doesn’t release the specs of a lifted 2015 Tundra until spring of 2016. I called Toyota and they said that was a lie. Moral of this story… DONOT get your vehicle aligned at Farmington Tire, on Wilton Rd in Maine. They do not guarantee their work and they don’t care about customer satisfaction!
