I had one of the scariest, horrible experiences of my life while visiting Farmington. I lost my keys completely in the Bisti Badlands. Rudy and LaDawn (sorry if I misspelled your name!) were SOOOO amazing. They absolutely went over and beyond to help me find the rental I was driving, get my things out, and tow it where it needed to go! I was SOOO very grateful for their personal touch and doing everything they could do to help me when I was so far from home!
