We live just a few blocks from this store and it took over an hour for the pizza to arrive and it was cold. However, my biggest disappointment may or may not have to do with just this location. While I was placing my order online, I was surprised to see the ridicules up charges for additions. I wanted extra mushrooms, they would have cost $ 3.00 extra! I don’t think a whole carton of mushrooms in the grocery store costs $ 3.00. Skipped the extras, but our $ 11.99 pizza still cost us almost $ 20, because in addition to ridiculed up charges for extras, they also charge an additional $ 3.00 for delivery. This also seems pretty high. So, all in all way over priced for a pizza that took way to long to get to us and was cold when it did.

I called at 9 pm to order a pizza and 40 minutes later called them back to check on it. The guy said it would not get to me until 10:20 And that its on its way already. They are literally 3 blocks down the road from where I live!!! Shittiest place and customer service ever! We never got our pizza. Wtf!!!

The food is usually pretty good! However the driver who drives the little green car is ruining their reputation the car is obnoxiously loud-​especially is the quiet neighborhood this Pizza Hut is located in. Please don’t order delivery!

Notes that this is not an eat in location… This is a delivery and take-​out spot only. Decent pizza that is quite predictable if you have ever eaten Pizza Hut pizza before.
I personally think we have too many chain pizza locations in the Farmington area. I was disappointed when the Pilot Knob Pizzeria closed, as I think they offered some variety to the chains.
But if I was going to pick a chain, I would most likely pick up Pizza Hut because I like the stuffed crust pizzas. :)

You already know what the pizza tastes like – like every PIzza Hut around. So if you like pizza hut (and I do), then you will like this one. I’m a fan of THIS pizza hut because the management is EXCELLENT.
Right after they opened, we ordered online (nice!). When we went to pick up the pizzas, the manager had the check out kid come and apologize because he read the order wrong. What happened? We accidentally were made large pizzas in the correct toppings rather than the personal pans we ordered. They gave us the large pizzas for the personal pan price. WHO HOO!
We order from them often and the food is always delivered hot and fresh.
