Incredible team behind an amazing product. We used the Apple Pie Vinegar in a unique spin of a Moscow Mule and it was delicious! Can’t wait to try the other flavors.

Wasn’t sure what to expect when I saw these at Mills Pharmacy and Apothecary but was drawn to the very cool packaging. Upon trying them, I am hooked! There are many ways to use them and I keep discovering more! Definitely buy them for yourself or as a house warming/hostess gift. They will be under many of my friends’ Christmas trees for sure!

I love these vinegars!!! Refreshing and yummy. I like to add them to sparkling water and even as a nice cocktail. A little McClary’s, a little vodka, and sparkling water. The staff that works at the Rust Belt in Ferndale are very helpful and informative. Almost time for another visit!

I first sampled a few flavors at Nest in Midtown, skeptically, as the thought of drinking vinegars is not high on my bucket list. And do NOT smell them before you try them. They don’t taste the way they smell. My favorite is still Blood Orange, mixed with soda and White Blossom Valentine Vodka, but their other flavors were tasty too. The Apple Pie with Bourbon, yes. Beet and Carrot, pretty good. Basil, yum. Lemon and Ginger, yowza! They’re also pretty inexpensive, considering a little bit goes a long way.

McClary brothers makes the most incredible drinking vinegars. The flavors they come up with never cease to amaze me. And they use locally grown fruits and veggies. Support local! The cocktail possibilities you can make with them are endless. Give them a try, you won’t regret it ! Delicious indeed. Enjoy.

Stumbled across them at the Rust Belt market and being a sucker for a free sample I tried them. DELICIOUS! I stop by their booth every couple months to see what new flavors are out. I LOVE the Blood Orange and Rhubarb the best so far but I have bought about 7 flavors and the bottles are pretty enough that they are displayed on their own shelf in the kitchen. Have used them in making salad dressings you’re not going to find at the store, splashed over grilled tuna the other day and frankly, I often just do a shot of them right from the bottle. THEYARETHATDELICIOUS!

Their drinking vinegars make me feel so fancy :). I discovered McClary Bros at Simply Fresh organic market in Brighton. First, the label is fantastic and is what initially got me to taste test. The distinctive taste(mixed with sparkling water) was just what I was looking for to change-up my daily afternoon sparkling water treat. Got a little history lesson about how the drinking vinegars were used as a Colonial-era drink mixer. What sold me was the fact they are local-based company using locally sourced(whenever possible) ingredients. I bought one for myself(apple pie) and have used the cocktail recipes on their websie to mix drinks. Have enjoyed the mixer so much, sent one(Blood Orange and Honey) to a friend in D.C. who also gives it a rave review and has asked for more. If you are looking for something different, or are a retro-cocktail aficionado, look no further than McClary Bros!

Although I have not met the McClary maker herself, whom I’ve heard plenty about, I can say that Josh is awesome to work with. The vinegars speak for themselves when tasted, the only thing missing from them is the booze, which you add yourself! They are delectable. Every flavor has its own incredible taste. I recommend them to anyone!

Though I am far from the Michigan locals that will be the majority of the posts here, we share the love of McClary Bros. across the miles. I discovered their drinking vinegars at one of my local favorites, The Ancient Olive in Winter Park. Beet & carrot? Apple pie? Mix that with gin or whisky? Sold. I’ve since ordered them several times and passed the goodness along to friends and family in Virginia as well. Delicious!

Drinking Vinegars!!! What sort of fustilugs and muck-snipes would revive such a archaic vestige of the 19th century… only to unleash these antique flavors on an unsuspecting population of sheeple who snap up whatever trend of the minute happens to be paraded in front of them on their insta-face? McClary Brothers, that’s who! And we should all drop to our knees and praise the gods of fermented beets and basil that they did. If I had to suffer through another RedBull and Vodka or «deconstructed» martini at my favorite watering hole I may have just choked myself to death on a blue-cheese, pimento, and wasabi stuffed olive. Drinking vinegars are as sophisticated as a Jaguar XKEs, Mackintosh coats, walking sticks, and over-night train travel. If you aren’t drinking them regularly your life is empty and unfulfilled. Start now. How was that Josh?
